Chick-fil-a

If I could honestly give this place a 0 I would. Out of all food places chick fil a is my favorite. But this location has to be by far the worst. Countless times I order from this location giving them an opportunity to better its self. Yet it seems it has gone from bad to worse every time. I order the same thing every time and it never fails that I receive my order wrong. It’s not fair for me to wait more than 20 minutes in curbside to get my order wrong and have to waste my time and gas expecting this. Also did not receive straws with the drinks and instead of placing my order in a plastic bag to avoid it getting wet i received my order all wet from the rain as well as cold. Beyond disappointed.

This Chick-fil-A location is my main one. They pride themselves on fast friendly service and in my experiences which are extensive, they accomplish just that. Anyone on the fence about this can rest assured that if chicken sandwich is what they want, this location will not disappoint. Highly recommend

The drive thru method is terrible at this location. About 15 cars that were behind me got their orders before I did.. many had multiple bags of food. All I had was a milkshake... 1 milkshake.. that's it. For some reason, I guess my order didn't carry the same importance as the others. First and last time at this location.

Customer service has went way down. I don’t know if it’s because of Covid-19 and or the lack of keeping good and productive employees. Just a bunch of people standing around looking confused. Prices have also went up, for the same basic chicken. But I’m sure management isn’t too concerned about any of it.

The service was fast...but for me, the food experience wasn't that great this time around. And I know it's not the norm, but I went twice. First time my fries weren't full. Second time, looked like somebody bit my nugget....even though I'm sure they didn't:-( Yhis is not the norm at Chic fil A but I don't know maaan

Moved here a month ago. Tried CFA for the first time at this store and Im converted! I can see where the hype comes from! Very tasty. Those waffles fries are yum!! Hot and fresh food. Extremely clean (I checked the bathrooms to be sure). And the staff were the most friendly of any restaurant I've been too (fast food or otherwise). I'm trying hard to think of something to critique them on but i can't. They even had fresh flowers at each table. Store is 4 years old but only looked 4 days old. A work of beauty.

I have always loved Chick-Fil-A. Their food, customer service, and culture have always been very appealing. I rate them 3 stars because they are not really keto friendly. I went in a specifically asked if they had anything that I could order to meet my dietary requirements and was told yes. When I received the Grilled Chicken with lettuce in a bowl, I was highly disappointed. The chicken was good, but not easy to eat, especially when they don't provide utensils. Learn what a lettuce wrap or a cheese wrap is please! There are many people on low carb diets that do like to eat out.
