Chipotle Mexican Grill

Today I went in to purchase a bowl for lunch. I was told by the employee that they were only doing online orders. I had to ask "why" three times and was told "we are running low on stuff." So there's enough "stuff" to make an online order but I couldn't get service in person? I come here very frequently, thoroughly upset and annoyed. Will not come back unless they have enough "stuff" to help a customer in person who took time out of my day to choose their establishment to eat at.

Go to a different Chipotle. Small portions and untrained staff. I've complained on more than one occasion about portions so this review is long overdue. Look at how they put my burrito in the bag -- that needed to be double wrapped because they didn't know what they were doing. Also, that pic shows my burrito with everything in it... pretty small, right?

TL; DR: Tiny, TINY portions, probably like a third of the usual portion size. My wife and I ordered veggie bowls from the Chipotle website to support the "Cause An Effect" program which donated 33% of the proceeds to Dublin Food Pantry for orders placed on 10/7/2020. While the bowl was delicious, we were sorely, SORELY disappointed at the miserly amount of food. The veggie bowl is something that we have frequently ordered at Chipotle for years and the amount is certainly ample for one complete meal. Why most times, I have a hard time finishing the bowl in one sitting. However, this time around, the burrito bowl actually felt like an incomplete meal. It was almost as if the bowl was 33% of the usual portion size. If y'all have read this far, donate to the Dublin Food Pantry if you can.

placed a mobile order for pickup at 12:15, my order was not ready until 12:30. When I got back to work I realized the order was completely incorrect. Normally, I would not bother going back but it was completely wrong. All I was given was steak and a little bit of lettuce. I went back to have it corrected and they had trouble understanding why the order was wrong, even though it was missing half of the things I ordered (salsa, SC, guac, dressing). Returned to work to find it incorrect for a second time. Unfortunately, I do not have time in my work day to go back or else I would and just ask for a refund and take my money elsewhere.
