I've never had a problem here and food always tastes great! Even when their computer was saying my coupon code was scanning "expired", after showing them it wasn't (still had a week till expiration date) they gladly discounted the meal for me and apologized!

Just because other people bad experience we went out and tried it specially they're open 24 hours. There's few restaurant open in this area that are open to late diners. I had the 4 by 4 by 4 and tried the Hershey dark chocolate milkshake. The burgers were good, fries are okay, not much exciting but for quick bite and late hours it's good.
I don't mind to going back again besides the restaurant is clean.

The double hamburger is delicious. It is juicy and not dry. The taste is very good. You can now get free fries upon request. The pavement in the drive-thru area needs replaced. It is getting too beat up from thousands of cars. This used to be a Kenny Rogers Roasters restaurant many years ago.

Only order from this place online if it is your only option. I have ordered online from this place a few times and it sometimes takes them well over 2 hours to make the food. Honestly just get Wendy's or something if you are hungry because the taste isn't worth 2 hours.

My husband and I love Steak 'n Shake. However, when we visited the Sawmill location for lunch, we were extremely disappointed. Our burger sandwiches were cold, so much so that I was almost afraid to eat it. Very disappointing.

Love the Berger's the fries do not stay hot long enough

Atrocious. I ordered online, they still got my order wrong, the fries tasted disgusting, like they were stored with mold or something, the staff were rude and looked like they hadn't showered in weeks and were frequently touching their faces not wearing any gloves.
There are plenty of other places nearby that I've had great experiences with, go to one of them.
Seriously, do not eat here.
