This place has good food and all, but it honestly depends on what time you come in order to have a good experience. Since this place has started to gain it's popularity in ice cream (especially rolled ice cream), the service for sit-down customers isn't that great if the place is swarming with people desperate for ice cream on a hot day. There was this one day where I went and the service was terrible because they switched all their old employees for new ones and they completely forgot to give us our forks and plates after all our food arrived. But the other times that I have eaten at this restaurant was a pretty good experience. So overall, the service can be pretty bad sometimes, but everything else, including the meals and ice cream, is good.

From the outside and the pictures, you would think this restaurant was focused on their desserts and their food was an afterthought; but it's not the case. Their rice clay pot is one of the best. You will have to wait about 25 minutes though because it's authentic. Unlike other places that put rice in a clay pot and heat it for a few minutes, here they actually take the time to make it right.Their appetizer of chicken wings and french fries was nothing out of the ordinary but good if you want a light snack while waiting for your clay pot rice As for their dessert, we tried their banana and Nutella crepe. It's a nice big piece with plenty of bananas and drizzle with a good amount of Nutella. For their shaved ice, we tried their small mango flavored and here I have mixed results. First, their shaved ice didn't taste like an Icee with mango flavor, nor do you get that ice feel. It was more of a fondue and was very smooth and tasty. In fact, it the texture felt more like ice cream. But their mango and sago was disappointing. I was hoping for more mango and sago and from the picture you can see how much of each you get. I would've prefer a more balance of quantity because even the small comes in a pretty big bowl.

Great food, good portion, a little tight on space. This is definitely not a family oriented restaurant. Its more of snack shop, serving crepes (both sweet and salty), snowflake shave iced, fried food (fries, chicken wings), and some selection of milk tea. They do however have rice plates and noodles on their menu with basic sauce (white cream sauce, tomato based sauce). The item I like on the menu is the shaved ice. Milky shaved ice that is. Very flavorful, not like the American kind (frozen water), with flavor infused into the ice and smooth silky texture. I really don't know how they freeze the block of ice and then shave it with a machine to create the silky texture. Then they top of the shave ice with various toppings like red bean, different kinds of boba, jelly, and of course sweet condensed milk. Must have one everytime I visit.

I've only had two things here, but so far so good! The snow is some awesome concoction of icy, milky, and fruity. The wings were also good. The place is a bit small, and does have a minimum charge per person so beware!

Great hot milktea. Food is good but service is not that good. Servers dont speak a lick of english so it can be a bit difficult to place order if you dont speak mandarin. Nothing against them for that. Just pointing out the experience. Things are also a bit overpriced. I think thats bc they dont have any competition nearby.

Food is average, but I guess people come here for the dessert which is something to try. The service was really fast.
