Dunkin'

Even during a near nor'easter and terrible road conditions this fantastic crew came in to work the other day and provided service to those who also still had to get the work like myself. This location can handle busy crowds in the morning quickly and usually recognizes me when I pull up to the drive-thru and tells me my order before I even get a chance to. Oh and the coffee is made exactly the way I like it every time, delicious. This is truly a model store with the most friendly and efficient crew!

I go to this DD often out of convenience but am always disappointed by the inconsistency of my orders. Ordering the same thing everyday and somehow it will taste different every time. A few of the gentlemen that work there are very nice and always seem like they are working hard and trying their best, however there is one lady who is always so rude. She'll act like it is my fault that she forgot to give me a straw for my iced coffee. She should not be in a customer facing role. Sadly, I will not stop going here because of the convenience of this location and my addiction to coffee.

I ordered food and coffee through the drive thru today and the lady taking my order was very rude. After I paid I did not get my credit card back and after pulling back around they said they dont have it. I get to the window and my card is on the ground except it is under where my car wouldve been. I asked the man at the register,(different from the lady who took my card initially) how it couldve ended up under my car and he simply said he didnt know and that its my own problem. So now I don’t know if I’ve been scammed, or if they simply tossed my card on the ground after I came back and said I lost my card, and proceeded to play dumb. Pretty low for a Dunkin Donuts.

Stopped in at 8:10 pm last night to pick up some donuts for this morning. Sign on the door said open until 9 pm, but was locked. Another potential customer was banging on the door but nobody responded, and no donuts were visible on the racks inside. When someone finally opened the door a crack to ask what we wanted, he was quite rude when we told him we wanted donuts. He said nobody wanted to work so they locked the door to keep any customers out. We told him that works both ways - since we no longer want to be a customer, he can keep it locked for all we care. We went elsewhere - not a Dunkin - to get Donuts after we left. The Burger King that was in this location before wasn't great, but it was never deliberately bad. I do not see this new DD location lasting very long after the initial curiosity phase ends.
