Ordered from door dash, just some scoops of ice cream in a cup with toppings. They cancelled my order and said they couldn't make ice cream sundaes… there an ice cream place and it was on there menu. I can’t tell if they were just being lazy or complete idiots.

Rude people with no attention to customer. You ask question and they will roll their eyes and look at a different direction. Hard to believe there are such places in the business in today’s world. First and last visit

Their service is great. The people working there are great. My complaint is about the store itself. I mean they always dont have what we ask for. That is one of the problems. Doordash orders always get cancelled or items not available. I wouldnt recommend this particular location for that reason.
EDITING this review: i also saw other people mentioning that strawberry ice cream or bananas not available 2 years ago. I mean whaaaaat, even today they dont have. Hot fudge is not hot. Ok. Pistacio flavor not available ok. Cholocate flavor not available ok. Half of the topings not available ok.
So my question/suggestion is they are supposed to remove the actual baskin robins menu and replace the one with what they actually have.

Very pricy, even compared to other Baskin Robbins. We tried to order the turkey ice cream cake. They charge $45. We checked other stores and they all charge $32.99. Just to be sure I was correct, I tried a second time and got the same price from them. So we picked the cake up from Kenneth Square.

New store owner and what an AMAZING place. Ordered a cake online 24hours before , received confirmation and paid for it as well online. Went to pick it up and NO CAKE :( Was super upset and the owner found another cake 40 minutes away and had someone drive it my house 1 hour before cake time. I have never seen such customer service in my life THANKS FOR SAVING THE DAY!!!!!! My new favorite cake store

I drove for 15miles to get here at 9Pm on 11/27 as they close by 10pm. For some reason they closed by 9pm that too as soon as they saw my car the light went off. I went to drive through and no response. I saw lady inside hiding. Atleast respond and be sorry for closing early.

A friend and I went to this place at 9:35pm. The store says it's open until 10 on Wednesday. However we disappointed to find the doors were locked and the drive-thru was closed. Two associates, a male and female were cleaning up. Another customer also came to the door.

Arrived 1 hour before close, to find the front doors locked. We entered the side and were told that every one of their machines were down. We were able to get scoops of ice cream though.
