my friend and I went for dinner here. the staff was incredibly rude to us. They shrieked in our faces and screamed in the back like little kids while customers were in the store. They messed up my order by putting cheese on it even though I have a dairy allergy and get very sick with cheese so I nicely asked them to take it back. Instead of being nice and apologizing they laughed in our face and made the new sandwich and never apologized. never going back here again.

Good coffee but just don’t do walkin as they don’t bother to take order . The staff will keep looking at you as waiting but would not bother to take order. Plan for 20+ muns wait if not crowded

Super friendly staff, piping hot drinks, delicious doughnuts. The best drive thru of any fast food in the area because of that. I avoid caffeine since I'm very sensitive but this Dunkin is local to me and it's never a rushed or impersonal experience :)

Watch out when you order on the mobile app or through the drive thru. They always get the "manager's special" wrong which is supposed to be the chocolate glazed with cream filling, not the powdered with cream filling. Check your order before you go. Overpriced for the quality.
Closest location to my house. They usually get my order right and often have the donuts my kids like. Service is friendly. Connected to a Baskin Robbins. Go in for ice cream- sometimes the flavor you want is old.

It takes them like 45 minutes to make a small order when you’re literally the only customer there and they never follow the directions you give them for drinks you order
