Chick-fil-A is always good, quick food, please service. However on this visit there was an issue. After we were done eating, I ordered a coffee to go. I waited 10 min after my order was placed and I paid. I asked about my coffee, after a conference and a few moments they showed someone how to make coffee, except they forgot the grounds and made hot water. So I had to wait for another brew cycle. Finally after about 20 min a received my coffee and unfortunately the coffee was not that good. Food is great, coffee not so much.

This Chick-fil-A location always has the best customer service. The workers are friendly and efficient, and they always get my order filled correctly. I wish other fast food restaurants did it this well.

Consistently good, love their mini breakfast sandwiches, and I absolutely love their signature sauce! My only wish is that they would add coleslaw (KFC style) to their menu as it would go perfectly w their waffle fries and chicken.

Love this place…..However, Yestersay we waited a bit longer then I expected, considering we ordered a few miles down the road from the app before we arrived. Also the fries and nuggets/meals we got were not cooked completely. So it was a bit of a disappointment of a lunch meal for my friend and I.

I go to this particular Chik Fil A for the convenience, wonderful staff and great meals. However, for the first time in a very long time the chicken nuggets meal we had were dreadful. Absolutely bland and
tasteless. It was quite an expensive disappointment.

I love the idea they thought about bringing down the traffic that flowed into the parking lot by adding a second lane for drive thru and a dedicated lane for coming into the store. What I am disappointed about is the express drive thru lane. I order on the app specifically with this express drive-thru in mind to make it quicker for everyone involved. Unfortunately the two lanes that people drive up to,order and pay get service a lot quicker than the express drive-thru. So, I don't see the reason for putting this lane in when it's actually quicker to go the other way. The ratio of served cars is about 9 cars in normal drive thru to the 1 of the express lane. I eat in from now on.

Chick-fil-A has the tastiest breakfast and I love their vanilla iced coffee. The staff is friendly, the service was quick and the food tasted amazing.

Where do I start. I went through the 3 lane drive thru. I was in lane one. I ordered two 4 piece chicken strips. One large fry and the spicy sw salad. I also ordered two extra ranch dressings. I made my way up to the window. I noticed outer lanes getting their food before me. I sat there for 14 minutes before finally someone said are u Sam. Cars that were not even there when I ordered got there food before me. Whatever, I can deal with that. After all this I get my food and I ask are the two extra ranch’s in the bag. Lady said yes. I looked and they were not there. I informed her then she snapped back “you gotta pay for them”. I told her I did. Another 4 minutes then she brings them to me. I get home and realize they did not put the chic filet sauce that I said in my bag either. Worst experience ever at a chic filet. I will tell everyone I know.
