It's sad that half the patrons in the store are young kids loitering and not buying a thing ... just sitting their eating In-n-Out, using the free wifi, or doing homework...

This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL!! And all the reviews here seem to be right. I ordered 4 Vanilla Bean Frappuccinos and waited for almost 20 minutes. They would call out my name four times, and they would do one by one. They need to hire more people here and professional ones too. Plus, it even tasted like water not the same favor I always get in different locations. This is probably the worst one in Downey CA. I am never coming back here. Wouldn't recommend coming here for just a drink.

Staff needs some real professional training. They wouldn’t last in a real world job. Waited 35 min for my order. It was made completely wrong. After expressing my concern to staff named Kamillae, I got her back turned and the drink handed off to someone else to redo. She ignored me the rest of the wait and keep staring me down. The Asian girl who helped after was kind but she was also busy and shouldnt have to do the other girls work. I’m going to Downey landing Starbucks from now on…the staff here is full of themselves.
