I have to take a digestive enzyme to feel ok eating here, but it is some of my favorite breakfast. They have Gluten Free Crepes that are soooo good (I get strawberry). If you can have their donuts (not GF) they are a very special treat too - fresh and warm to the table.
Had lunch here and got the Sugared Pecan Salad and LOVED it! It included a hefty portion of all the ingredients - chicken was great, lots of avocado, and a great combo of salt/fat/acid/sweet. The mini donuts were a very pleasant surprise for a pre-lunch treat. Service was quick but just OK.
This place is still here, while I've been gone 20y!
Their signature are these delicious little cinnamon-sugar donuts, warm & fresh! Amazing!
The pork sausage seems homemade, and the patties seem like they were 3-4oz each before they were cooked; thick patties give you the nice crusting on them while being perfectly cooked in the center.
The staff was friendly, and great service despite a little lunch crowd when I was there.
I wasn't terribly impressed with the bacon & eggs; while flavorful, they were a bit overdone, despite ordering soft-scrambled. The grits seemed...weird.
The pancakes, however, were out-of-this-world perfect.
My husband and I just came here for breakfast and it was awesome! Everyone from the front desk staff to the servers were so friendly, attentive, and sweet. I got Nutella crepes with fresh strawberries and bananas on top which were filling and delicious. My husband had the Cajun omelette with hash browns and pancakes. The omelette was so flavorful with smoked sausage, green peppers, onions, and chicken. The portions were large and were such a steal for the price. The coffee was fresh and so tasty, and you can't beat the mini donuts for the table! We will absolutely be back here very soon!
I've been coming to this place since I was a kid. The fresh donuts served with every meal is great. The food is even better! I brought my family while visiting in town and the food is just as good if not better than I remember!
We had breakfast there this morning. They serve awesome food. Our favorite time to go is in the morning hours. We treated our friends this morning. I want them to have an American breakfast. They loved it. Jenna served us and she did a great job serving us. She was friendly, mindful, courteous, and efficient.
Want to try Shrimp & Grits with a kick? Look no further, I know the place. Juicy-O makes a decent Spicy S&G. They skip the cheese and put in a savory blend of bacon, scallions, cream and jalapeños, all with 2 eggs any style. Dafuq!!!! My goodness this was worth the drive out from the Southside of Chicago. I couldn't finish my meal. I think it was the most EXCELLENT complimentary sugary sweet mini donuts they give you when you sit down. If the devil were good, these donuts would be it! So compact and so damn delicious, they were positively sinful. I wanted more but my waistline said NO! SO I highly recommend breakfast here. I think I want to return for more donuts and maybe a stack of pancakes that looked heavenly. I added pics of mine with 2 eggs Sunside up and my sisters with a poached egg, no jalapeños 😥😢

Juicy-O is a very nice place to go and eat. I used to go to the one on Kingery Highway before the closed and this is the only one left. The food is fresh and the give you a lot of it.
The Employees are friendly and greet you when you walk in. I like the variety of pictures with quotes that they have on their wall for display.
I recommend that you give them a try if you never been. You will be glad that you did.
Great place for breakfast in Downers Grove! Good atmosphere, great service, and free signature donuts when you sit down. Large menu, great portions, and sat right down on a Sat morning...just big enough. Definitely try this place!
I love Juicy O. But this morning I was taken aback. The dish called Southern Delight took it down a beat. Love the eggs, the potatoes, the biscuit and gravy but...the sausage patties were downright awful. The consistency, the cook, very sub par. I wish I knew why.
Won't keep me from going there, I love the food. Just won't order that particular item.
