Little Caesars

I have avoided giving a bad review, because I used to love this little Caesar’s and I thought I just kept getting unlucky with my experience. Well for the fourth time now, I have received something burnt, poorly cooked, undercooked, or the wrong order. I get it, things happen. But what’s worse than the lack of quality, is the attitude and entitlement of the employees. If you ask for something to be remade, they will argue with you, and then go talk loudly about you behind your back. The girl with the long dark frizzy pony tail and the young wannabe gangster are by far the most rude people I have ever encountered. When I asked for a new bread because it was dry, hard, and smashed into the bag, she argued with me (pretty much saying the next bag was from the same batch so it’d be just as bad, instead of just making a new one) if I wanted smashed up old food, I’d eat my one year olds leftovers that he drops on the floor. I have continuously gone to this little Caesar’s 2-4 times per week over the last 2 years, and up until the last 6 months, there was nothing to complain about. That was my last visit to this location and I will urge anyone else who goes to this establishment to give their money to another location.

Used to be on top of their game but now Friday nights are run by young high school kids with no sense of urgency. I watched this kid making pizzas just lazily making them and putting them in the oven. The poor kid out front had no clue and needed to be promoted about my order and at least two others while I was there. There is never any hot n ready pizzas in the warmers anymore for people who want to get in and out quickly. People are waiting forever for their orders. There needs to be some adult supervision to get this location back under control.

They have good prices. Pizza there isn't too bad. The deep dish pizza crust is a lot better than the normal one. There is no place to sit at my local location. That's too bad. I'll never understand why some places want to set up shop, but not provide seating. It's not just this place, but since I'm reviewing a place with no seating for customers, I thought that I'd mention it.

Be very careful how and what you order from this particular business. Ordered two pizzas at approximately 4:30 PM on a weekday. Instead of making them fresh, they pulled both from warming trays behind glass. Who knows how many hours before they had been made? Arrived home with them to discover they were both stale with very tough crusts. Cheap cost pizza has its price. If I ever return, which is doubtful, I will insist on freshly made pizza, and I will watch them do it !

I will never go back to this location again! We have ordered from this location for a long time and recently they never answer the phone. When I showed up nobody was even up at the front. When somebody finally realized we were there she yelled that there were customers and continued to stand in the back of the store. A few minutes later she approached the counter with an attitude and I ordered a deep dish and some breadsticks. From the back a kid wearing a hoodie started to make the pizza and never took his hood off. They all appear to be very young and do not care about giving quality service or food. I told her that we tried to call for 20 minutes and no one answer the phone and her reply was that they were busy and they unplugged the phones ! What???? When I got home I realized the pizza was extremely undercooked and raw dough in the middle! My husband had to drive all the way back to the store because they don't answer the phone and got an attitude when he demanded a new pizza! I have given this place too many chances in this is not the first time I have had a bad experience! Never again!! It may be cheap but you get what you pay for it the store! Beware!!!!

I stopped by earlier today and while trying to find a pen in my bag to sign the receipt because I was handed a very flattened out tip Sharpie marker, a woman, who I assume was the manager snapped at the cashier to "throw those receipts out!" So he grabbed receipts, including the copy that was MINE out in the trash. I like to have my receipts so I can keep track of expenses. I asked for it and he said, "Oh my god!!" And looked at a few in the trash before telling me to just keep the one I was supposed to sign and they keep. Ok, fine except once I got in the car with the pizzas, I realized that the receipt may have my name and last four digits of my card on it. Maybe not, HOPEFULLY not, but some places do have that info on it. So I am not only upset at the lack of professionalism (I know, it's a pizza chain, what do I expect, really), but I am sick to my stomach over my personal info being thrown out so rudely in front of me. I mean, ASK me at least if I want my receipt before you toss it out because your manager snapped at you to. And the manager needs to be a lot less snappy. The pizza came right out as it was the HOT & Fresh, it was hot and didn't taste like it sat there for hours, but they could've done a better job cutting it. we had to cut it with a knife or the pizza ripped when we tried to pull it out. We were going to order out pizza somewhere else, but our youngest was hungry and crying after food shopping, so we just made a quick run here rather than wait somewhere else. I regret it. So for all that, one star.

Can’t give no stars, but I would. Dover location hand wrote a sign over the price for the $5 hot and ready pizza. It said $5.99 for cheese and $6.99 for pepperoni. Like what is that. I had $6 in cash, and I didn’t have my card. So I figured I would get the 1/2 deep dish with drink for $4. When I asked for it, the kid behind the counter said “we aren’t allowed to serve that” and that was it. I walked out. Just a joke.
