This place is OK. Your kid will have a great time. The food is pretty good the prices are not too bad but they should work on the games. Too many games are out of order or don't work properly. I'm glad they are on a timed system as opposed to points, although that is an option, but if multiple games are down what's the point of unlimited play?? Anyway other than that like I say you can have a good time but I hope they get a handle on all those out of order games.

Was actually surprised by how great of service we had today. The staff was friendly, they did the kid check in stamps I forgot were even a thing but made my mom heart happy they care what kids left the building. Definitely going back for a fun day soon! Also it was VERY clean. Like every table was spotless lol

Love this location Great customer service here as well. The staff was very helpful since I didn't understand how the tickets and cards work. She was very understanding and helpful. Very clean here. I even brought my own sanitizer but there is plenty available for use and at the front entrance. Chucky comes out like once an hour and allows everyone to take pics. One tip is that chuck e cheese should have some step stools for the kids to be able to see the full view of some of the games. The salad bar was stocked and they serve wine and beer here for the adults.

I went a week or 2 weeks ago and had so much fun BUT, animatronic curtain would not open during the show so for whoever sees this (owner) can you tell me if anything happened to the animatronic because I was really looking forward to seeing it preform, also I will be going back on the 17th or 18th of April for my 13th birthday party.
