I have been in Georgia for 18 months and I have been to a lot of IHOPS and I would rate this one in the Top 3 in the 30 plus I have been to. The service is outstanding, The food is some of the biggest portions of any breakfast restaurant I’ve been to and it’s really good. I am staying in Villa Rica and I really look forward to jumping out of bed at 5:30 in the morning getting ready and shooting down 20 to get to this IHOP in Douglasville. I am a disabled United States Navy seal and I write this IHOP out standing😁👍

We had four people in our party. We only waited about five minutes for a table. Our server, Amanda, was the best we've had in a long time. She was fast, knowledgeable, and very charismatic. She made us feel like we were at our home diner table. The food was very good and exactly as we ordered it. At least three different people stopped by our table to verify if we needed anything. Great lunch.

We like stopping here for lunch when we are passing through. The side of ham steak is really good, and this location actually gives you the whole ham steak instead of only one half like a lot of other IHOPs. The staff is friendly and the manager actually works the dining room along with her employees. If you like eating at IHOP, this is a good one.

If you go there, try the omelette with Spinach and mushrooms. Is a good price and comes with pancakes.
It is delicious and healthy and it will fill you up. Everything was really clean, especially bathrooms, and I always appreciate that.

Awful... Service sucked. Got there a little past 7pm maybe 5 tables were taken. No one else was there. Took 15 min. for my waiter to come. Then 30 min. to get my food and it was cold. Looked like it was sitting under the lights. Then I ordered the meal that included all you can eat pancakes and an hour there and I only ate 1 short stack (2pancakes). Then I asked my waiter for another one and 20 min passed no pancakes. Finally he asked another waiter to bring them out cause he was with another table and 10 min passed no pancake. So I asked for the manager. Guy had to be maybe 25 if that. I told him what was going on. To pull the check to verify my times. Told him the food was cold, that the menu states all you can eat, that they keep bringing till the customer says stop. He looked at me like, what you want me to do. So I asked him why was he giving me that look at if to say, AND... told him that was the WORST service EVER... and I was gonna call the DM

Excellent service and food. Everything was prepared properly and at a temperature level I was in favor of no cold, heatlamp, or less than desirable food. The restaurant overall was very clean. Keep up the good work. Kudos to the staff!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I had a craving for pancakes 🥞 with eggs and turkey sausage. Make sure you pull up the link on your receipt and receive free pancakes on your next visit. I took mine to go.

I went in to order breakfast but ended up trying a burger. It was fresh and juicy. I got a side of seasonal fruit. The waitress was very nice and had an amazing smile. She gave a personal touch by being warm and cheery. I cant wait to return to try my favorite Pancakes.
