Taco Mac

There was a bit of a wait to be seated, but the service was great. The server took our orders quickly, very attentive and even the manager stop by to check on us. The food was excellent, we went for lunch. Ordered mozzarella sticks, bacon cheeseburger and buffalo chicken tenders and everything was good and cooked fresh. They have really good sauces honey mustard, ranch and blue cheese were all delicious. I will surely return. No mask required.

We frequent this restaurant and the food and service is always good. But, Friday night was a total disaster. The server was nice, but the food was not. We order roasted wings as an appetizer. They came out burnt. We sent those back. We order two salmon entrees, one was fine the other was over cooked and burnt on one end. I asked the server, did she know what was going on why the food was so badly cooked. She started talking about some cook being old or tired. She got the kitchen manager. He said he would redo the wings and salmon at no additional charge. The salmon was okay, but the wings were worse. I realized this after we were home. This is unexceptional.

This was my 1st time going to this Douglasville location. The outside seating could use a little work, it looked a little deserted and pollen infested.  When we entered we were greeted by friendly staff and seated almost immediately. The indoor layout was great with TV’s everywhere to catch up with all the games.  Beer choices were great just like every other Taco Mac. The food was very good and our waitress was super attentive and really took care of us. We would definitely go back when we are in the area.
