Lady in drive through very friendly but I spent almost $30.00 just for Krystals we thought it was the 24 pk combo much to our surprise it wasn't. That's way too expensive. Never eat at a Krystals again that was the first and last time

Lobby closed. Went thru drive thru...lady says "go ahead with your order". So I order food. Then she says "I'm on break. I'm not taking anymore orders until 11....it was 1032am and someone went right before me

Employees were very friendly. Food was perfect- hot, fresh, and exactly as we ordered. Best Krystals I've been to in a long time.

I just went at 7pm and ordered 4 chiks and a small fry. Five minutes later and I'm still at the window waiting. Then I'm asked to pull to the side door and my order will be brought out. Sure enough, 15 more minutes later it came. 20 minutes to get 4 chiks and fries. Ridiculous!!

Stale buyers, over price milk shake that taste like strawberry surprise, extremely long wait

Asked for 24 cheeseburger? She said we don't have 24, but you can get 12 instead. We said why not 24, and she said we just cleaned the grill. We said it 10pm and you close at 11pm. They said you still can only get 12. I couldn't understand why we couldn't get (2) 12 set. Stupid, but it's too late to argue.
