I ordered a bacon, egg & swiss crossiant & made my side medium with no drink. Paid $5.70 got to work & my order is completely wrong. I got sausage on my sandwich & my medium wedges was a small. Also cashier did not give me a receipt

Almost half the restaurants in Douglas were shut down at 7pm on a Sunday. And those that weren't closed were out of half there menu items. But Wendy's stood tried and true. They were open inside and dive thru, and they were also very courteous and efficient. We had a great experience and a wonderful hot meal. Love those classic burgers.

Food was good. Messes up the order. Was supposes to have a chicken sandwich and 1 bourbon bacon double. Got two bourbon bacon burgers. Didn't find out until we got home. Oh well.

They WONT take cash inside. Card only. They refused to take my order inside because all I had was cash. Told me to walk through the drive through and was very rude about it. Only one person working was helpful. (NOKIA)

Waited in line for over 10 minutes while a manager and associate argued over an order that was gotten wrong. I was in line of sight by both parties and was not once acknowledged... I even yelled my order and was ignored. Won't be going back there and will be filing a formal complaint. Don't argue in front of customers, that's super unprofessional.

they accidentally gave me the wrong order, but they were super polite in fixing the mistake! they may be a tad slow, but that generally isn’t the fault of the workers. could be understaffed, just like everywhere else right now. if you’re a fellow reviewer reading this, and you expect speedy service in an understaffed economy, you’re out of your mind. make your own food at home. kindly <3

Wendy's has good breakfast and the wedges omg, I loooove them. And I love to get the baconator and my kids loves the spicy nuggets, that's their go to. The customer service is dope too.
