Soft taco supreme with about a spoonful of taco meat. Pretty typical of the Taco Bell on Mathis. Employees have attitudes that definitely convey that they don't care about their service. I go here for lunch every so often because I actually like Taco Bell, but the ones we have here in town just have bad service.

Again it's always pretty hard to get our order correct when it's multiple orders. Especially because not all of my children are on the same page when it comes to food. Taco Bell really hit the mark. It was perfect! Kudos to them!

This night they were so busy the drive thru line was wrapped all the around the building almost o the entrance. We almost decided to leave figuring it would be a long wait. The staff which appeared to be very few did great! The line moved quickly, food was correct, and delicious. The staff was on point! They served everyone with smiles and a great attitude! Prices are outrageously expensive as with most places.

The worst experience I have had in a very long time. Dining room was closed due to not enough help and the order was completely wrong. There was one girl sitting in a chair on her phone mostly I never saw the person that fixed the food. The only good thing about it was the man working the window. He was very nice ,and apologetic for the wait. Where was management to help the crew out. This is totally uncalled for. And no way to run a business. Giving 1 star cause it won't let me give 0

The staff is nice but what is with the sauce policy,! I ordered 12 pack tacos and 2 burritos and asked for extra sauce and she tells me she can only give me 10! That's not even 1 for each! The same thing happened to my husband and neighbors! "Really "! We will not be returning to this Taco Bell!

Food is always an issue when I go here these days.tacos are soft and they are supposed to be hard shell tacos. Took a bite of one and the whole bottom fell out bc it was so saturated in the meat grease.

Excellent management and service. A+ They forgot a taco in my drive-through order and fixed it immediately and so professionally. Will definitely go back.
