Wendy's

I am not a fastfood junkie but I love and crave Wendy's chili, baked potatoes, some burgers, lemonade and salads. This place is a very good one! A lot depends on the crew. Wandy's restaurant on Jackson Heights NY was the worst one. This place and the staff is very good - an old American quality style.

If you ever get your food you'll probably like it. You'll just have to wait, on average, about an hour to be served here. Service is unquestionably the slowest I have ever seen anywhere. The DMV works faster, and I know because I went to eat here after renewing my license. Wendy's took 4 times longer to put together a single, often pre made, meal for one.

Went to dine in, and they had two young teens working the register; one just standing there doing nothing, the other walked away mid-transaction. While I was eating, I also heard someone from the kitchen yell "I'm sorry, I dropped the burger, but...". If he said that to a customer, he either should've said nothing and remade it or offer a refund.

Food was good. Service not so much. I worked at a Wendy’s and half the stuff I saw in the Dickson city location wouldn’t fly where I was at. First of all no napkins, no utensils, no salt and pepper and no straws. Everything was out. When I said something the guy said we’ll get it later. Multiple Employees were listening to music through ear phones. Idk if that’s allowed now but it’s very dangerous. Looking into the kitchen the floor was a mess. The dining room tables were filthy. Also while their 3 people left before ordering because of other people complaining. My food and order was fine but the all around service was not. I’m not one to complain or write reviews but since I worked at a Wendy’s this just got me angered. I’d get fired for half the stuff that went on their. Oh and to top it all of while sitting. 2 young guys maybe teenagers walked in the kitchen with a actual employee. Very dangerous and insurance wise. One slip could ruin everyone’s day.
