First Panera Bread I've been to where I went "meh". Compared to other Panera Bread's I've been to, this place was a little run down and dirty.
I wasn't acknowledged by any of the employees. Food came out in a reasonable time. My chicken teriyaki bowl came out hot but my Thai chicken soup came out luke warm.

I love the Whitehall Panera location best! Everybody here is always kind and helpful and nobody is ever grumpy when you come in to order. The establishment is usually very clean and now that it is beautiful and warm outside the tables are out to enjoy your meal and/or drinks with friends. I am a member of the subscription coffee club and could not be happier. Thanks Panera!

I have to say, these bagels are amazing, and I'm a New Yorker with a very high bar for bagels. Panera did something that made these bagels one of a kind and better than any other place in the area. For me, that makes it a 5 star experience based on breakfast alone. But.... the coffee here is made correctly about 70% of the time, dropping it down to 5 stars. Even though Panera is a chain of restaurants, this one is pretty good. Also their Brocolli Cheddar Bread Bowl Soups are to die for.

Don't ever eat at this location ! Restaurant is filthy and dirty plus restroom men's bathroom door latch broken ! The ceilings vents and walls were are dirty an filthy there was also chewing gum stuck on the rugs ! It looks like this restaurant hasn't been clean in year's ! This place needs a whole new face look immediately place is very dirty an disgusting ! I highly recommend you don't eat at this particular location find a cleaner one!!!

I like the atmosphere. It is unique. I highly recommended to order Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich , Broccoli Cheddar soup, and Fuji Apple salad. The staff are friendly and easygoing , specially Chasity.

Ordered online and picked it up in 12 minutes. The teriyaki chicken bowl was delicious, and the Flatbread pizza and grilled cheese was good, too.
