It was pretty tasty! We enjoyed the flavors, but if you get take out be sure to grab sauces before you go for additional seasoning. 15-20 minutes wait from ordering which is average. The rice beef bowl was made with quality ingredients and the beef was tender and delicious. I really enjoyed it with some extra sauces from the counter. The salad was pretty small for $14 honestly. the salad dressing was fantastic (ginger)! And the vegetables were cooked perfectly for us. But otherwise it’s just a fluffy pile of leaves that is gone way too soon. The picture I included is after adding salad dressing and before our first bite so that’s Everything. It might look like a decent amount but remember it’s mostly air 😆 I would suggest putting the heavy ingredients (meat, broccoli, salad dressing tubs) ON TOP of the salad instead of on the sides to weight the greens down.

570 Ramen is good for a quick bite. I ordered the Pork Char Siu Fried Yakisoba Plate. My wife had the Salmon Fried Rice Bowl. I’m not exactly sure was I was expecting, but maybe they were too were too high. The pork was dry - dry-as-beef-jerky-dry, but not as tough. I thought I would get some soy sauce to make it more palatable, but alas, they only had packets of imitation soy sauce. 😒 My wife’s salmon bowl was, in her words, “Delicious!”

In need of some lunch on our way up state, we decided to take a pit stop for some ramen. The staff were busy, but very helpful with questions as it was our first time. We ended up with the udon special that was being run with pork belly. The lighter broth is the original which was like a chicken broth. The darker broth pictured was the shio ramen, beefy broth. Both very good and plentiful portion sizes. We did add some of the chili oil after tasting the shio, just to step it up a level. Otherwise it was a comfort food taste, that even children would enjoy. When in need of some more ramen we will be back :)

Never been disappointed! Food is always fresh and delicious & service is quick and friendly also. It’s a new and unique concept for our area as there are not many ramen shops around. Definitely give this place a try!

$14.57 gets you broth that tastes like water. No flavor at all. Even a cheap ramen pack has more flavor. Raw vegetables and noodles that legit taste straight out of a cheap ramen packet. Not nearly enough broth in the container. Only good thing was pork belly. Nothing like all the other authentic ramen restaurants.

Good time with good food. I am rating this place based on the area and restaurant around. This place wasn't bad at all. Food: The ramen we ordered was Shiyo Ramen, the egg was normal and not marinated in soy sauce. The broth taste good but don't expect to be that tasty. We mixed soy sauce and chili oil to have more kick. It was kind of weird having carrots and broccoli in it tho. The highlight of this ramen was the meat! The meat was so tender (Chasu). We also ordered the marinated beef bowl. It was okay, we did add some condiments and chili oil to get more flavor in it. Service was no organized system, reason why I said that was they gave you your receipt without number and told us that we will be called. So it's somehow a guessing game, who's order was being called. Place were nice and neat.
