The restaurant was a little dated, the staff was efficient, and my usual go to dish tasted exactly the same as it does at my local Mexican food restaurant at home which is about 5hrs from this location. That's one of the things I didn't like about it. I expect the food to taste unique at different places when I'm on vacation. I appreciate the fact they have to appeal to a variety of customers, I just think they need to stand out a little with the salsa or sauces.

We hut this spot on our drive back from New Orleans. Family owned and we were seated by an adorable and professional 10 yr old. Our food was above average, good size portions and our service was great.

Extremely unclean! We were sat at a booth that had clearly not been cleaned, food on the seats, and bugs EVERYWHERE. Daiquiri's I ordered were way too expensive for there to not even be a hint of alcohol in the drinks. The server was very sweet, nothing against her but trust me do NOT go here.

This hidden gem has my business forever. The food is the most amazing I’ve tasted on the coast hands down. Today was my second time in for lunch and the tamales just MELTED in my mouth. I wish I could give this place 10 stars.
