Pizza Hut

After hurricane Ida I drove from New Orleans, more than one hour and 10 minutes to this restaurant only to be given half of what I ordered instead of Italian sausage they gave me pork which I was not able to eat. My naked boneless wings were dry as if they were out of the freezer for a long time before they were baked.

I ordered the family pasta box which comes with bread sticks. I did not receive my bread sticks. I called the Pizza Hut explaining that I didn't receive my bread sticks and the extremely rude employee told me I didn't order any even though they are included with what I ordered. The employee then tried to tell me "I don't even know if we have any bread sticks". So I asked well do you? He immediately responded "No" and ended the call. I called the customer service line and they told me I would be refunded and someone higher up would be calling me to process it. This never happened. There is a total lack of customer service throughout this entire company and it is sickening. Never ordering from Pizza Hut EVER AGIAN!

white sauce can only be described as "inconsistent at best." ordered same pizza two separate times. First pizza came way too thin to be hand-tossed, and was missing any cheese on top. This order looks like you drowned the crust in sauce and under baked it. 2.10.21 - spent a half hour trying to buy overpriced pizza on your app, only to have an error occur every time I tried to checkout. This location no longer honors national coupons. Ended up driving to Waveland for Papa Johns spent $12 less on better pizza options. I'm done trying, Pizza Hut. Really done.
