Jet's Pizza

Updating my review from 2 starts to 5 stars. The owner called me and was super great. He offered to refund our order. I feel bad that he felt he had to appologize for someone else's uncontrolled behavior, but he did. As an owner, I understand his position. Honestly, never have had this experience here which is why I was taken back by it. We will continue to order from here in the future! 😊 We have never had an issue here. Always been great food and service. There was an issue with our delivery and we never received our food. The girl I initially spoke with was really nice. She went and got what I assume was a manager to help her. The manager got on the phone and right off the get go she was so rude. Now, everyone is understaffed and overworked. I get it, but she came on the phone with a horrible attitude. She said they were "slammed" and would not be remaking my food or giving me a credit. I was shocked. So, no food and, until the very end of her ranting and raving about how busy they are, finally agreed to give me a refund. I hope she was just having a bad day. I am very reluctant to order from here again.

Good pizza, I think the best around outside of Buddy's. Staff is always friendly. My only complaint is the web site pushes the "text to order" option, but I keep getting 90 minutes for delivery. So, I jump in the car and pick it up curbside in 20 minutes. I guess I need to start planning ahead 90 minutes on my pizza order. If I could get delivery inside 45 minutes I would give them 5 stars.

Fast and friendly service. I ordered ahead. I was late for picking it up at the time they said it would be done, but only by about 10 minutes. Pizza was on the cold side, it didn't even feel like it was under a warmer of any sorts. Box was cold and pizza lukewarm. But still tasted good. Nothing wrong with quality, just didn't like the part about my pizza being cold only after 10 minutes of being late for the right out the oven finish

This is the best pizza by far. 8 corner is so thick and chewy. We order nothing else. Pricey but obviously worth it. We order twice a month. Love it when we have a coupon but they are gracious when we don't and apply one for us. When we get delivery it's here right on time. The Courteous delivery people always Thank us for our business, that is so rare with businesses anymore....When I order take out it is always ready on time as well.
