Taco Bell

Tried ordering on the app but nothing would load, even with full bars. So instead we went through drive through and what we tried ordering was either sold out or not on the menu. Why have an app that doesn’t work and why have something listed if it’s sold out?! I will not be returning to Taco Bell!!!

Taco bell has great service. It is amazing food too. Usually has responsive wait times and friendly staff. There are different entrances that are wheelchair accessible. This store has disabled parking. I would consider this a cozy place. They have nice restrooms too. This is a good place for a family of people with less than a 15 - 20 minute wait. I only rate 4 stars because the hot sauce was not out when we got out food. They soon put it out though.

The bathroom was horrible,saying so as to had vomit and pads in floor. One large bathroom,no soap trash can across the room,with a room size for three stoles but is only one. Drive threw services was terrible,was no service or greeting. Felt like I was being avoided and then pushed along,not a paying customer. I was disappointed enough that I will not go back anymore.

got taco bell tonight and the food was basically thrown at us by Patrick. he handed us the boxes that we bought so fast that the driver dropped them. he did not apologize nor did he offer us a new box, the one that was broken because of him. he also handed us very obviously not servable pepsi. it was almost clear. we came back through the drive thru and asked for a new soda and a new box, and he still did not apologize. i also asked him if he could replace the box and he handed me the box and closed the window on us. he did not offer to put the food in the box, despite knowing that i had three other boxes in my lap and did not have the hands nor room to replace the box myself. he was also very rude while taking our order on the speaker.
