Burger King

I ordered breakfast from the burger king 4801 NE 14th St des moines, iowa on 7/4/17. When i received my food i went to eat the hashbrowns and i couldnt even chew them because they were so hard and old. I noticed the breakfast sandwich i ordered was also the wrong meat and it was smashed. I went inside to get fresh food. The woman that was at the drive thru gave me a dirty look for coming in and telling them i couldn't chew the potatoes and that the sandwich was wrong. The man who i believe was a manager gave me fresh potatoes but forgot the sandwich. A different lady gave me a ham sandwich that i ordered. As left i opened the wrapper and could only smell old meat and brown sticky stuff on the inside of the wrapper. The orange juice also shows someone already tried to open it before it was given to me. I have pictures and i'm very disgusted with this burger king and the customer service! Both sandwiches were smashed and so old the meat (bacon & ham) smelled bad on both sandwiches! This place really needs a health inspector & better customer service. I cannot believe i was served old food TWICE even after asking for FRESH!!

I went to the drive thru around 2:30-3 PM and ordered 2 Classic chicken sandwiches, and 2 small fries. The fries where good then I had the first chicken sandwich and spit out the last bite, then I checked the 2nd sandwich and found brown and slimy lettuce. I did not get a receipt from the casher. I sent a complaint to corporate. The quality control here is sub-par.

1405 court Avenue I'd give less if I could they have someone working there that clearly don't shower. He smells, is always dirty, have been there several times and every time it is the same if not worse. This time his face had blood all over his nose and hands. I definitely won't be coming back. They obviously don't have clean standards. It is horrible my wife has had to wait for the woman's restroom on one occasion because he was in it.

So I’m truck driver, stoped for getting some dinner. Young aggressive uneducated boy taking order and he doesn’t make my order true . I asked for fixing my order, he showed some he’s nervous. Dear Burger King administration pls remove this boy from this location immediately. He’s disrespectful boy and we don’t need to survive us anymore. Because truck stop is our home . Young boy you maybe never get educated in your family. I think your parents also uneducated persons. Go home,go home !!!!!!!!!!!
