Manna Teriyaki

I ordered delivery it came quickly and was hot. The teriyaki was good, sauce was a little thin, but the flavor was good. The katsu is crispy and not oily. The gyoza was delicious and done in the deep fried style, the sauce is perfect. I also ordered the shrimp tempura, it looked a little strange but was fried well and the sauce was the same as the gyoza, it went perfect with the shrimp as well. It came with a salad and the dressing was typical and the salad was as well. Everything was good, I will order again.

Gone here for maybe 30 years. But they have now changed owners. Yet I continued to come despite the unfriendliness of lady at counter that could seem very rude. Why? Because I love their tempura shrimp. Six was never enough for a meal and so instead I would order 9 even though not in their menu and they would accommodate me adjusting the price accordingly. Yesterday I went in and ordered the same and she rudely said we don’t do that (change order from 6 to 9 prawns) I was puzzled and reminded her that she has done it for me for years. She argued that no they do not do that. So I just ordered the six I do not wish evil for these people but they need to remain consistent and be friendly Awhile back I was in and a fella came in and stole their tip jar. For that I am sorry that happened to them BUT THEY also DO NOT HAVE a bathroom which is ILLEGAL for a restaurant So I came home from the restaurant yesterday after my six prawns and Had all the symptoms of food poisoning!!!!!!! After 30 years I will not return despite their yummy shrimp Stay away!!!!!

I was not impressed by this restaurant at all. It's not very clean, the walls are bare and painted in obnoxious colors. They don't have a soda fountain, only overpriced retail soda, and they strictly enforce no outside beverages. They charge you for extra Teriyaki sauce even when eating at the restaurant. Easily the worst Teriyaki shop I have been to in a while. There are enough around, don't settle for this place.

Well first of all ordered at 9PM on 2/28. Door dash issues was delivered at 11pm (20 min). Eventually reorder 1.1 miles from my house. Received cold and over cooked food. Spent $60. Will never eat here again nor DOORDASH. Actually threw it all away it was that bad. I don't post reviews often but this was a horrible experience and inedible.

Me & my wife are new to the area. And I asked her to order some food and we were craving something teriyaki like nice hot food. So she ordered from here on ubereats, honestly I wouldn’t give one star at all because it’s a waste of money.. the chicken teriyaki tasted like something wrong.. the fried rice we got WAS NOT FRIED RICE.. we wasted $50+ at this place. Because my wife saw the reviews and THOUGHT it’s was a good place to order, but never again!

I went to the restaurant yesterday (11-26-18) about 3:00, there were no customers. I ordered food to go - 4 Chicken Teriyaki, 4 Salads and Yakisoba. I am disabled and can barely walk - I also have trouble getting up and down from chairs. The lady behind the counter told me to come up and pay. I asked if she could come and get the cash from me because I'm disabled. She said "NO", you pay at the cash register. When the food was ready to go - there were multiple packages - I asked her if she could help carry the food out to my car which was parked 6 feet from the door. She said "NO" - I begged her to help me as I can barely walk and get myself out to my car. She then told me "I will do it this time only, NEVER again will I help carry food out for you"! What a rude and nasty person, how can someone be that heartless??? The lady that worked there before this one, was kind and helpful and would help me get my food order to my car without even asking her to do so. This lady is the older sister of the nice and helpful lady. I will no longer be able to order food from this place as she has told me, she will never help me carry food to my car again. If anyone has a suggestion for another Teriyaki place that's good, please post it so I can go there from now on - instead of this place.
