Dined in at 6:40 pm tonight did not get my food until 7:15 and my kids food came ever later. Whatever all is good. Then immediately after I leave I barely make it home before I blow my entire toilet up. I could not get home any faster. Employees are your typical young fast food employees who hate their job/life and hopefully have future goals that can save them from giving horrible customer service.

It still has the dinning area closed so the drive up is always out in the street. You wait 28 minutes in that drive through to get with your meal 3 tiny pieces of chicken a spoon of mac-n-cheese. The chicken was rubbery. I used to love going there but not with them not letting you go in to at least order your food. Their quality of the food has went down hill.

This is actually a A&W and Long John Silvers. So it has some expanded options available. The food was good, the staff were friendly and the service was quick! And the best part was when the great gal that was at the register offered for us to have our drinks in the iconic A&W glass root beer mugs that we're chilled in a fridge below the counter!!! WHAT!?!? OH YEAH! It was pretty awesome to have something so classic in this world of plastic cups! Our crew loved the food and it tasted great. So if your looking for a little nostalgia, stop by, I should really say stop in! To get the full effect!

My daughter informed them she wanted the twist free ice cream with her kids meal only to be told by a supposedly professional adult "they already made her vanilla." Under some expectation that is how this works?
If you go and order a coke are they allowed to tell you they already poured you coffee?
Expecting you just deal with it?
My wife was baffled by the exchange only for them to tell her the chocolate is out of order which is understandable but why didn't they just say that in the first place? but then they didn't give out any napkins (100 degrees and we ordered ice cream) & my daughters hot dog came with no topping no ketchup mustard or anything & they didn't even ask if she wanted anything on it or ketchup packets...
