We ordered 6 meals. Some burritos were so tiny compared to normal and people went hungry. Nothing tasted fresh. My 7 year olds quesadilla was so spicy she couldn’t eat it and was given a rotten orange as her “side of fruit”. This is unacceptable and couldn’t believe someone would serve this.

First time at the Chapotle, turn out it ruins our Saturday night. I gave it 2 Star because the employee s work very hard. But the owner needs to be smart. Ordered kid meal for my daughter, pick up time at 6:30pm. I was at the restaurant 6:19. Pick up food walked out at the restaurant 8:05. The whole time I was waiting in the restaurant and ask a couple time and they said they are behind. Finally @ 7:45 they said my order was not in the system. ?????

My partner went here to get dinner for us tonight. He walked in around 715p and a line of people were standing there not being helped. The staff were working on orders but not even looking at the people standing in line. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes, a manager comes out and says it'll be another 30 minutes as they are trying to catch up on online orders. My partner stood and waited those 30 minutes as they completed all the tickets waiting. He overheard the staff saying that tickets they were working on were from 730 (after he showed up) and they still weren't even looking at anyone in line. They completed the tickets they had when the manager came out with more to work on. This was approximately 745p and my partner finally said something and got our food around 800p - 45 minutes from when he arrived.... But if course not without the staff putting up a big stink about how old the online orders were, despite the people physically there having been there longer than those orders.
While everything we ordered was correct, I wasn't able to get veggies because they had been sitting out for too long and the staff hadn't been able to replace them, and they also had 0 caulirice. They gave us our order for free, but looking at the Google reviews, this is a known and reoccurring problem spanning back at least 6-8 months, so they've had plenty of time to come up with a solution - either don't take in person or online orders when it gets that backed up.
This whole incident reminded me of about 6 months ago when we went to get dinner and there was a sign on the door saying they were only working on online orders and wouldn't take any in person orders. No such sign was present tonight, and the staff also didn't say anything.
0/10 until they figure out how to deal with this.

Great Chipotle as always! Plenty of options and delicious food. When I visited, the place was completely packed but we were served in a timely manner. The portion sizes were excellent and a great value!

For the last 3 times they have been short on several items. Last time it was steak, then it was chicken, and today it was fajita vegetables, lettuce, and cheese. I can understand once, maybe even twice, but on 3 separate occasions spaced weeks apart, makes me definitely not return. The problem is you are charged the same regardless. Very disappointed.

I understand that many businesses are having difficulties with staffing issues right now. I went here the other night to order in person and the staff were only working on online orders. They were not making eye contact with any customers in line waiting to order and they were not telling any customers if they were or were not going to take actual in person orders. Like I said, i understand staffing is a huge issue. However I would prefer if they would just put a sign on the door that says that they cannot/are not taking in person orders or shut down online ordering or something. Or at least tell people coming in the store that it might be a while before you can accommodate them. Or alternate making an in person and an online order. There are many options available. Overall I waited in line almost 10 minutes and no one was ever served or spoken to who was waiting in line so I left. Many others are left either before or after me. I am not sure they ever did take an in person order. I do not blame the staff, but I do think management should have done something about this. Unsure if I will return to this location to try again.

Not a good experience for my first visit. Counted 7 staff members but still stood in a line of 4 people for about a half hour. The person making up my meal offered no assistance to me as I had no idea of what to expect. Maybe I should have told her this was my first experience.

The kids used to always drag us here and we never used to mind. A year ago I would have given 5 stars and a few months ago 3 stars but it just gets worse and worse. My daughter is a little picky and generally gets chicken sour cream and cheese in a bowl. They put about a pound of sour cream on it and it looked like soup. The rest of the food was dry and disgusting. Will definitely not be back.
