You know if I could leave zero stars I would because this is horrible. First off my chicken isn't cooked fully, second when I called to let them know they was extremely rude. I've been through restaurants and fast food and never have I ever seen such a disgrace of a fast food place. This is a heads up to others to be aware of the food that you get from here as it could be still raw. Places like this one makes others like Wendy's and McDonald's look bad because the customers will be afraid to go to another fast food place. The manager should check everything no matter how long they have been there or when they checked it. Such a disgrace.

Gave it a shot against my better judgment. There is never a line, but people say food still takes a while. I assumed that with no line, my food would be at least be hot. I got a DRY chicken sandwich and fries that looked and tasted like they had been fried multiple times to keep them warm. Plus the entire carton composed primarily of "fry bits". I basically paid $8.20 for two pickle slices (the only thing edible in this meal).

Today 8 Jun 2022 at 630 in the afternoon my family got KFC in Deridder Louisiana. This was the absolute worst fast food I have had in years. Every item except the fries was cold, the chicken sandwiches were cold, rock hard, hardly pieces of chicken. The 3 piece meal came short, 2 pieces and no cookie. Avoid this place at all cost, it's worse than pizza left on the counter for 2 days. There wasn't $1 worth of food, let alone what they charged. The health department needs to keep a close eye on this location, the food wasn't even warm, nowhere near minimum food temperatures.

Placed an online order at 1116 for 1200 pickup. Arrived at 1150 and they stated they had no online orders. Then stated it just popped up. Stated we will have to wait 22 minutes for the food to cook (which is what they always say about the pot pie, which is why I ordered online in advance). When asked for a refund, they employee said there was nothing they can do except offer him a free soda (which we already paid for two with the meals) Unprofessional and online ordering was a waste of time.
