Ordered pizza online and picked up.
Order was correct. Tasted as expected.
Staff was friendly.
Even through the end of the night they helped me with a smile and the best customer service that I've gotten in a while food was delicious and i was glad to see a smiling face at the end of a long night 10/10
When it comes to delived pizza pizza hut is what I prefer. It's convenient, can be found almost anywhere( I can't think of a location I've ever been in where they didn't deliver to. I'm sure there are some but I've never had that problem). I know what to expect and it's always been good.
I did have them forget my 2 litter last time but the driver had told me that ether I could get a free pizza next time or she was willing to go get me the drink. I had her get the drink and she seemed not to have a problem doing it. Glade she was willing to make right on it!
Honestly 10 outta 10. I asked for a “square cut maybe” and got exactly that half square cut entirely triangle cut… beautiful masterpiece I tell you!
We have been ordering personal pan pizzas (the small 6-inch ones) from Pizza Hut with just cheese topping for our young children. Sometimes, we would use a Book-it coupon and get a free one. Our Kindergartner got these coupons from the reading program at his school, and he would get only 1 coupon a month for completing a certain number of reading-minutes everyday for the whole month. Earlier this evening, we ordered 3 personal pan pizzas, but had only 2 of these Book-it coupons to use. The guy who rung us up gave us the 3rd pizza for free as well, as an encouragement for our boy to keep reading. What a wonderful, sweet, and inspiring gesture! Sure enough, our boy came home and read all night long. We couldn't be happier as parents. THANK YOU! It's not just the free pizza, but the message it sent.
I had rated them before at a one star because of our pizza being burned and other issues. We order again and I call the manager asking him to keep a eye on our cheese pizza so it doesn't get burnt this time. He was very nice and understood. The food this time was great.
Always quick to deliver and went above and beyond to fix my order when I received somebody else's food.
The staff was working so hard and so busy when I arrived to get my pizza. When I got home and opened the box it was very well made, had an excellent amount of cheese on it, and was overall really delicious. Even though they were super busy, they still took the time to make us a great pizza. Thanks so much!
Ordered a pizza at 7pm waited 2 hours and nothing. I contacted the store and they said the driver couldn't contact me. I also ordered CONTACTLESS "dri er will leave at the door".
I also have a ring doorbell and I never had anyone arrive so I have no camera footage.
Anyway the guy who I spoke to refunded me(hopefully I will check bank statements later) and remade my order had to go pick it up though which defeated the purpose of delivery since I was too tied up at home to leave the house in the first place. Great in store customer service. Bad bad driver. I've NEVER had an issue with a driver leaving an order for a CONTACTLESS order.
I called immediately after placing my order online and was on hold for a long period of time. then girl who answered told me adding an item to my order was going to push it out 45 minutes more. I asked why because the tracker said my order was not even started yet. she just said because she would have to cook it, but i explained i just had just placed the order less than 10 minutes ago and my original order has barely started. Bad attitude told me thats just what it is its going to be later and it would then cost me a new amount. i said ok thats fine. she said "Fine" and hung up on me. Order was delivered fine and within the 30 minute time i was originally given.
