We enjoyed the private room in the back. The staff was exceptional. The food delicious

For starters: the crab cakes are amazing. As is the brie plate. Then we had the short ribs that were melt in your mouth perfection. The salmon was so fresh and bright. And for dessert the chocolate dish was totally perfect. Not so rich. Just a perfect balance.

I have an embarrassing number of food sensitivities. Chef Brett was able to put together a comprehensive meal for me that was not only delicious but met all of my food restrictions. I had some friends try my food and they agreed it was fantastic. I finally didn't have to skimp on flavor just to be able to eat. Above and beyond!

We held a wedding rehearsal dinner at Coohills. Prior to the event, they were so incredibly easy to work with-and we were coming from across the country! They took all of our preferences into account, and were willing to work with us on our budget. The event itself was fantastic-amazing service, delicious food, and the Wine Room, where we held the event, was lovely. Also, we had some food allergies in our crowd, and they were incredibly attentive to this, which made me feel at ease. All in all, I highly recommend Coohills for any sort of event, or just dinner! We'll be back next time we're in the area!

Went for a 5 course dinner and did not disappoint. Went wing other Executive Chefs to experience it. Had an awesome time. The Executive Chef actually came out and explained each dish.
Highly recommend everyone go visit and enjoy the experience as well.

My friend and I came here to eat before a nuggets game. The good food and drinks are amazing. We had the hot smoked salmon as an appetizer, which was excellent. Good flavor and not overwhelming on the smoke. Seemed like everyone was getting the charcuterie board and it looked delicious. I had the fish, in this case sole, for dinner and it was very good. Well seasoned and the side of mushrooms was the best thing I ate. The service was impeccable, including providing a nuggets game day shot! On the flip side, the portions were small and the food did cost a pretty penny. In my opinion, the food was worth it and if you come in knowing that then it isn't an issue. I would definitely recommend this place for a date night or if you are looking for a fancier food experience!

We held a birthday party here and had an incredible time. For starters everything from arranging the party to the menu and the details was just so easy and very accommodating. The staff was absolutely amazing all night and Diane and her husband Tom who own the restaurant made the evening and the Food just spectacular! I highly recommend Coohills as a place for dinner or a private event!!

We ate here before a concert at Ball Arena because it was right across the street. Very convenient to walk to. Limited menu but everything we got was delicious. I had the roast chicken and hubby got the salmon. Atmosphere and service were excellent. Will definitely go again.

Dined here during a business trip, and it was absolutely fantastic. Their signature crab cakes are not to be missed. One taste of the country pate, and I was transported back to the Friday market in Meursault. The seared fish was divine. Lovely wine list. Best French restaurant in Denver!
