Good food! Excellent corn off the cob!!! Decent service! Would definitely go back!

We received fantastic service!! Crystal seated us promptly and was so friendly. Michelle was our server who was also friendly. We ordered and the food came out in a timely manner. All our meals were hot and fresh!! I ordered the medallion/rib plate and my husband ordered the salmon. My grandson ordered the sirloin. All our meals were delicious!!!! My husband let the server know it was my birthday so she kindly gave me a choice of a dessert. I chose cheesecake. She brought it out with a candle and I got happy birthday sang to me. What an awesome birthday dinner I got!!! Thumbs up to Michelle Crystal and the cooks for a damn good experience!!👍☺️🙏🏽💝
Got to say that Tony Roma's came through in the clutch for my friends and me! We got in late on Wednesday night because our flights were canceled. Stayed at the Holiday inn Express across the street, and this was the only decent place we could find in walking distance. Turned out to work out pretty well.
We had some bumps, like they could not make a decent martini at first, but after a little instruction they work that out. We ordered an onion loaf to start. That was oily and definitely not a good choice. I'd say avoid it. For dinner, my buddy and I got ribs, my wife got a salad with salmon and my buddy's wife got a salad with another protein on it. My ribs are damn good, and so were my buddy's. The girls said that salads were fresh and so was the fish. My complaint was that the coleslaw was tasteless, limp and taste it like it was made in a sink. Pretty nasty.
Aside from all that, I got to give this Tony Roma's a thumbs up!

That’s not the case here. Upon arrival I was greeted and treated well by Stockton and the crew enjoyed a fabulous day on the patio and the lock-in shrimp is Fa sure one of my favorites and to top it off I had been traveling for the past few days so it felt really good to set down and get treated with great service everyone deserves to be treated that way some forget others don’t Stockton is on his A-Game
Server was nice and not overly attentive, 5 stars to her. Beef ribs will never order again. Pork ribs were good. Green beens were under cooked. Fries were awesome and Raspberry tea was good.
We came in kind of late and the staff were super friendly and kind even though they were working hard to get the restaurant ready for closing. Telling us not to rush or worry. Had a delicious meal with drinks and dessert. It was a great end to a long day hiking.
Looked like a warehouse rather than a restaurant. There was 100 Japanese soccer players having dinner so it was very loud and crazy . At the same time the food was pretty good and while service was slow, the food was well prepared and tasty. Ribs and steak worth the time.
The food here was great. It was really dead in the place when i ate and it was a Friday night. Im not sure they get a lot of customers but the food was great. The customer serivce was really good. Its a big location and its nicely decorated. Its located right off the freeway so very easy to get to from anywhere. I will revisit the location.
Husband and I tried this place on a whim because the other two restaurants we wanted to go to were so busy they were not accepting walk-ins or had a two hour wait time. We came right at opening and were seated immediately. Drinks were great, appetizer was delicious and main courses were filling and very satisfying. Our waitress was attentive and informative, can't wait to return.
We had the chicken wings for an appetizer they are great. The food was good. The service was awesome. The poor waitress was working by herself and did an excellent job. We were seated immediately.
This place is getting a bum rap. Tony Romas overall is a great BBQ chain. Unfortunately this stores issue is mainly its location! Newly remodeled and great customer service! See for yourself don't rely on 1 persons review
