Cold Stone Creamery

Would have been 5 stars but it is a little spendy. The employee working was friendly, professional, and fast. He was busy and still said please and thank you and asked how my day was.

Went out for a Sunday treat. Last hour of the night but the staff was doing their best handling a large crowd and keeping it moving. The young guy with glasses behind the counter we professional and helped us quickly.

I ordered a cake online for my sons birthday June 27th. I completed the transaction with payment on the 25th. I recieved the confirmation email on the 26th stating the Denver Northfield ColdStone had accepted and confirmed my order. I showed up after the designated pickup time and was told that the cake had not been made and that there was an issue with the ice cream melting which somehow meant that my cake was a last priority. I was told by the cashiers that I would need to come back at 4pm when the manager was there and my cake would be ready. I recieved a personal call from Alexis Esquibel expressing how sorry she was personally for the inconvenience. Not only had she made the cake per the instructions, but delivered the cake and gave me a full refund. Her gesture meant so much to us considering the day that my family and I already had. She became a superhero for my son and his siblings and I appreciate her for that. She definitely made a bad experience a great one. I hope that Coldstone will hire more managers as dedicated to customer satisfaction as she is. She's truly an asset to the company and Coldstone will continue to get our business.

The woman working at Coldstone this afternoon is so amazing. Unfortunetly, she had to face two lunatics who were before us in line who were screaming at her and dropping the F bomb at her (with kids in the shop, classy!). All because a few dollars that she didn't have the authority to take off their order. And she did it being the only employee in the shop. She handled it so professionally. I hope she never has to experience that again!
