Having dealt with more than a half dozen title companies per my property investment business, First American Title was able to handle complicated 1031 exchange issues, questionable Buyer lenders, and difficult and non-responsive HOAs (such as AdvanceHOA). The pros were patient but persistent in getting through this challenges - and without having to delay closing timelines. Great work and very much appreciated.
