This was my second visit to this location. I was here on a Thursday at 1PM, there was a slight line but it went quick. Service was great. I had the Greek Chicken Salad and it was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Arugula lettuce. I like having low carb options. My other visit was the Lemon Chicken which I loved and wish they would bring back. The dining room was full but there were a few spaces open.
I was so happy to find out that Denver has CAVA since I've fallen in love with it in New York, so I obviously had to get some when I visited!
The food was amazing, the store was empty and the workers were super friendly.
The drinks were a bit of a letdown, though, especially the cucumber drink. It was too watered down and was lacking in flavor, huge let down 😔
Cava breathed a much-needed breath of fresh air (and hummus!) into downtown's culinary scene. This Mediterranean gem quickly became my go-to spot for flavorful, healthy meals and a taste of something different.
I LOVE Cava and could eat here every day of my life. I called to check on the time of my online pick up order and Max answered the phone. He was so friendly and helpful with my order knowing I was on a time crunch. With as busy as this place gets, it’s still quick, clean and the service is always amazing. I will continue to support this location! Not all of them are run this well so kudos to Max and the team! :)
Gotta say I loved it! Many healthy choices--Jordan was patient and helpful--and the bowl was a delight. I loved the arugula with black lentils and red pepper hummus.
The employees at this location went above and beyond to help me with a large order for my workplace. They were friendly and accommodating when I needed to add extra orders last minute. When I went to pick up, they had everything ready and each item labeled! Jordan was so pleasant at the register, and he rang up my huge order incredibly quickly. I should add that they got every item on the order correct and the food is delicious. THANK YOU!!

First time there and will definitely be returning. Jordan was super helpful and friendly as could be. The whole team seems generally good-spirited and the food is tassssty!. Big thanks to Jordan for helping me assemble the perfect bowl!!!
We are from Chicago, and we do not have this restaurant there, so it was our first time. The food was so delicious. We had the Harissa Avocado bowl and my husband had the Greek Chicken pita. Both were very fresh and homemade. Wish we lived closer!
One of my favorite places to stop for a bite in Denver. Love the variety on the menu for different diets (or cravings), this downtown staff and management couldn’t be better. Everyone is personable and it’s a super clean location. It’s always hard to choose between a bowl or salad and the pita is 🤌🏻. Try the sides! Take some home!
