Discovered this restaurant by chance and it was a fantastic find! Crystal, my waitress, was very sweet and hospitable as I mentioned to her that it was my first time at the restaurant. She helped me navigate the menu and was very attentive.
I ordered the Shislik (Lamb Chops) and it was AMAZING!! Crispy on the outside, super tender and moist on the inside. The seasoning is very pleasing and it definitely satisfied my taste buds.
The decor and atmosphere was very pleasant.
I will definitely return!
The food was amazing. It has been a long time since I’ve had Mediterranean food. Now I have to think about why I have waited so long to have this cuisine again. I will definitely be coming back here. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very cozy and romantic.
I highly recommend any couple our party looking for a great atmosphere and wonderful food to give this place a consideration.
This is by far the best Persian food I have had ever. We ordered chicken and beef kabob combo. Both items were extremely flavorful and cooked to a perfection. Compared to several Persian restaurants I have tried in Texas and California, this has been the best. It’s hard to believe how they were able to cook both items so well. The serving size is fantastic. The humus and pita was great. Excellent service as well. Overall amazing experience. Highly highly recommend trying this if you’re looking for halal options in the area.
Amazing food and service. Had called ahead to see if they have tahdig available and even though it’s not normally on the menu, they made it for us without us asking.
The home-made pistachio saffron ice cream was to die for !
Very nice people! Great kabob, buttery, fresh, and delicious! If you’re in the area, check them out!
What a nice place, with great, hearty food! We visited on a Saturday during mid-afternoon, and it was very relaxing and quiet. There were a few families and soft music. The decor is minimal and classy, and the menu is pretty extensive. Everything we had was good - chicken kabob, beef kabob, and veggie kabob - all served with a hearty serving of rice with additional saffron rice. I would guess this place is bumping in the evening, but if you're looking for a satisfying weekend lunch, this is the perfect stop.
Pictured: Beef kabob with a "side" veggie kabob (requested separately as this is not directly on the menu), and the hot Persian tea
First time here, had the soup of the day for a starter, enjoyed the nuance of flavor even for such a cheap dish, staff are friendly and helpful.
Delicious and fresh! Great prices, big portions, and friendly service.
Nice place. A real hidden Gem in DTC. Every single bite was a joyful experience. They are remodeling their dining room and I am so excited. They are adding a bar woohooo!!!!!!
Great!! Excellent fresh food.!
Love the warm atmosphere and the owners and staff are so nice. The Royal is my favorite and the chicken wings are the most unique around.
