Chick-fil-a

We were staying at the Doubletree hotel across the street from this location and after the first visit, we made them our choice of location to eat. Staff made us feel like we were local patrons. My wife purchased a milkshake and left it. After persuading her 65 year old tired husband to walk back across one of the busiest six lane highways in Denver to explain the issue, we were met with smiling faces and request of ways they could appease for any inconvenience of the customer. One young lady even remembered my wife name and approached her with apology! There was a woman with glasses on the register (she might have been a manager, if she isn't, she needs to be, "good people skills!" ) My wife went on and on about your place! You owe me two hours sleep! Lol! Great team!, great location for the traveler in Denver. Public transportation stops just outside their door.

Food is always delicious at any Chick-fil-A restaurant,the only difference is the atmosphere. I dined in this time but as I walked up to the counter I wasn't welcomed with a hello until after I said it, well, so what, right?. But the reason I was upset is the tables were not clean. After I sat down waiting for my order to come out then I saw one of the employees cleaning up the tables. It was not busy at all so why wasn't it done? There are plenty of employees that I saw that were free. Plus as I went to empty my tray at the trash can there was trash sticking out of the bins at the same location where you get your napkins and condiments. Hopefully management can step in and resolve these issues.

I arrived at 9:03. They were closing the lobby, but they allowed me and my partner to order from outside because I could not get a big truck semi through the drive-through…. So we were staying across the street at the Doubletree, but working downtown at the convention center for the Christmas showcase and they were nice enough to get us a bite to eat….

This Chick-Fil-A has gotten a lot better. A few months ago, they were having supply chain and staffing issues and would just randomly be closed for breakfast one week day and open another. The employees are respectful and doing their best, but check your order for sure because I have had to go back twice for missing items. Luckily, I live within walking distance, or I would have cried actual tears over my missing chicken minis. They are also now open for dine in.

I want to say thank you! When I got home my salad wasn’t in the bag. I sent a request for a credit for the salad online and you all responded right away with a QR Code. I was able to get my salad and it was delicious along with the Carmel Crumble Milkshake. Your service is above and beyond. Thanks so much!!
