Literally the best pizza I’ve had. I travel to NYC & NJ often and worked in a third generation real jersey pizza shop when I was younger and I used to think they had the best pizza... that was until I accidentally tried “Famous Pizza”. Superb. I wish I wouldn’t have ordered 2 slices for the road but instead ordered 2 xl pizzas for the road. It’s true what they say.... “Greeks make the best Italian food” #γιορτή

Quick service, Huge slices, tasted great, soft flexible crust, no complaints.
The pizza here is New York style and cooked pretty fast. They have slices ready to go and cook them fresh for you. The crust is perfectly cooked and nicely charred on the bottom. The toppings are good too. It's not quite as tasty as the pizza in New York but it's still really good. The staff was friendly and provided great service.
There is a subtle nuance to their pizza that makes me come back to this place when I'm in Denver. I've tried a variety of pizza places ranging from California Pizza Kitchen to Pizzeria Locale, but Famous Pizza is by far my favorite place. There really isn't anything special about the location itself, it isn't upscale or anything. I really can't explain it, but every slice feels kind of like home in a way, how I imagine a perfect slice of pizza to taste. The owner's and employees are a big family and really care about what they serve. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone!
I really enjoy famous pizza. Its a great mom and pop pizza parlor. I loved getting pizza by the slice and the spinach and combo are the way to go. They also make entire pizzas fresh which is honestly a little better than by the slice just for how good the crust is fresh. Definitely recommend famous if you're in the area. I just wish they were open a little later.
Literally the best pizza I have had in Denver. True NY style pizza with a crisp but still chewy crust. Also the people working were above and beyond friendly and thoughtful. We went in with our 4 children and as usual one of them spilled a drink. The cashier came over, reassured my daughter that it was totally ok, not a big deal and got her another water with a smile the whole time. Then when our pizza was done the guy cut it into slices and intentionally cut a few of the slices half sized for the kids, we didn't even think to ask but it was such a thoughtful touch. And again, the pizza was absolutely delicious. Not to mention the place is very clean and all the food is prepared in view of the customers. 10/10 would recommend.
Ordered delivery - had a delicious Gyro - although the meat was a bit overcooked, the veggies and sauce were wonderful. Delivery was about 45 min. during lunch and the guy was very pleasant upon delivery. Kind and courteous over the phone with the order. I was recommended by a friend who absolutely loves this place. Will definitely try this place again!
