They are far from the worst but need some work to even come close to best. One of our items was 3 tacos. He put a fair amount of guacamole on the first one, but then almost nothing on the second two until we told him that would not do. Our other item was a burrito, which was one of the smallest and of your location ever served me. There was also cross contamination with the sour cream because it had tomato and something else in it, so we didn't take any.
Did a mobile order here last night and the place was slammed. Just wanted to shout out all the employees who handled it so well! If I was their age and dealing with not the nicest crowd from what I saw I would probably be in tears. Food took a little long, again due to the circumstances, it wasn’t the end of the world. Also one of the better burritos I’ve gotten from chipotle so worth the wait. Thank you guys! You’re all great!
I’m giving a 5 for this poor staff! Sunday night and they are slammed with online orders. Walk in customers are waiting in line but they can’t serve them because they have to prioritize online orders. They put a sign on the door saying they are closed and only handling online orders. The people in line are pissed and attacking the staff. Staff is crying. It’s apparent the staff has no ability to turn off online orders to catch up. So… this is a message to the management of this restaurant. Give these poor people a break! If they are understaffed then support them to manage a reasonable volume. I see other reviews of them being short on ingredients. Please remember this is not the fault of the people who work there. This is poor management of this restaurant. You can’t retain staff with working conditions like this.
They changed their pick up order location and failed to let people know. U gotta get in line to get ur food u ordered ahead. Needs a better system.
They are always super nice and the place is always clean it's a good place for me to pop by after work if I don't have much time

I always love chipotle. This one was exceptionally efficient and the food as expected. I reserve 5 stars for chipotles that are heavy handed with the guac in my veggie bowl. 😈
I love Chipotle, but their so stingy with their meet! It's not even a spoon full! I asked the lady for extra Chicken on my Burrito and She puts a little bit on there and then expect me to pay extra for it! I told her could you "PLEASE" put some more Chicken on my burrito because I'm paying for it! They act like their scared to give us any meat at all! You already cost a arm and a leg! I mean just give me what I asked for! I'm not gonna pay extra for a crumb of meat! Sorry! I don't think so!!! All the money this Franchise is worth, they have the Audacity to be stingy! You have to ask for more rice when you get a burrito bowl!
