I planned to eat lunch at a Chic-fil-A and found this location near the Denver Zoo and Denver Museum of Nature and Science. A rear location and well organized if cramped parking lot shares with a neighboring business.
The dining room is very small. It is confusing and crowded to order and wait for a takeout order. The line for orders goes through the pick up line.
Food and service were top notch with staff following up to be sure we had drinks from the kids meal. Restrooms and dining area were clean and constantly being cleans as patrons left.
Restrooms require a pass-code.
I don’t eat fast food but I had to try the new Honey Pimento Chicken 🐔 sandwich.
I can’t complain apart from the fact that it’s fast food…
It tasted like they put Elote on a chicken sandwich. Maybe it was just my tastebuds that sad lonely night I was enjoying the sandwich, by my self, reminiscing about my love for Mexico and her food.
I’ll never know because I’ll probably never buy another one.
This location is on east Colfax-depending when you go it can be annoyingly full
of HS students.
I always love Chic-fil-A, and the food here was no exception. The part I didn't care for was the drive thru. We were waved into the open lane that we didn't want to be in because there were two vehicles in the other lane (we didn't want to be in the open lane because it was tighter turns, and we were in a bigger vehicle). But again, the food was great!
Not bad, but this is a chick fil a. They can do better, and have done better in the past. Little things have been happening lately, like putting ice in a no ice drink, forgetting sauce, fries that taste stale... service has gone down while the prices have gone up this month.
I went to this Chick-fil-A (on Colfax) tonight (November 6th around 9pm). The service was outstanding. My order was wrong, so I drove back to pick up the correct order, I’ve worked in food service for a long time so I know accidents happen, it was no big deal, I told them I just love Chick-fil-A sauce so I had to come back. They went above and behind for me, fixed my meal AND gave me tons of chick fil a sauce to make up for the inconvenience. Everyone behind the window was so kind. It truly made my night!
My son and I had the cauliflower sandwiches. We both loved it so much! As vegetarians, it was so nice to finally be able to eat there again. I hope they release this sandwich nationwide.
Violeta, who works the drive-thru line, is one of the kindest people I have ever met.
She always offers a treat to my dog and gives me a big hello when I swing by.
PLEASE recognize her for being a fantastic person. She is phenomenal!
I will keep returning to this location because of her.
One of the best chickfila's in the area! Super friendly staff very kind and professional. The food and service on point at this location
Seth was so good at recommending the new pimento chicken sandwich, it meat all of my needs. So did his voice over the speaker phone. I wonder if his meat would also meet my needs.
Nestled in the bustling city of Denver, Chick-fil-A is a haven for those seeking a wholesome and delicious dining experience. As a health-conscious food enthusiast, I was eager to explore their menu, and my visit to this renowned restaurant left me completely satisfied.
Upon stepping into Chick-fil-A, I was greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance. The menu featured a variety of options, and I couldn't resist trying their salads, known for their fresh and nutritious ingredients.
After much consideration, I decided to savor their "Market Salad" - a true revelation in the world of fast-food salads. The salad was a delightful mix of crisp, colorful greens, tender grilled chicken, juicy blueberries, crunchy apples, and a sprinkling of granola for that perfect balance of flavors and textures. Tossed in a zesty vinaigrette dressing, this salad was a refreshing delight that proved healthy eating can also be utterly delicious.
But it wasn't just the wholesome salads that made my experience at Chick-fil-A memorable; it was the impeccable service provided by a waitress named Sarah that truly stood out. With her warm and friendly demeanor, Sarah made me feel like a valued guest throughout my dining experience. Her attentiveness and genuine smile added an extra touch of warmth to the already delightful meal.
Chick-fil-A is a testament to the art of crafting fast-food with a focus on quality and taste. Each item on their menu, including the salads, is prepared with care and attention to detail.

Their salads offer a refreshing and nutritious journey that will please both your taste buds and your health-conscious conscience. And if you're fortunate enough to be served by Sarah, you'll be treated to an exceptional level of hospitality that will make your dining experience at Chick-fil-A truly unforgettable.
