My order is usually right and well-made. But for what ever reason they are stingy with sauces or flat out give me the wrong one. I ordered 3 tacos, nachos bell grande, and 10 milds and received 3 hots…
Well they got my order wrong basically completely wrong, even when confirming at the window that I was getting the right combo box, but they also charged me less money? So 4/5 stars, a confusing experience but with little downside.
Oh wait, make sure you like everything on the menu before gambling here. 5/5 stars honestly.
They're open late and that's why we used the drive-thru. Should have walked in; got food we didn't order. Our bad but do check your order if using the drive-thru; we didn't even get sauce.
It’s Taco Bell. You’re reading reviews?! Bizarre. The staff smiled. Like real quality, engaging smile. They wished me a good night. And I was there in the drive thru during covid late night after a flight. They deserve five stars for smiling alone. Food was fastish. Tasted like Taco Bell.
This location is usually pretty good but from time to time they've forgotten my sauce and last time I was in they put the wrong item in my order but quickly and painlessly switched it out for the right item. Also they usually do a good job hooking it up with burrito filling but the burritos were a bit skimpy today.
I've avoided this taco bell for years because 95% of the time their drink machine was down or their drink syrup was off, the tacos were messy, barely had any fixings in the taco, meat was terrible, the tomatoes would always be old and always got the stem area/core, lettuce was soggy, the cinnamon twists tasted like the lysol got sprayed over them, a weird nasty chemical taste... and the staff was a hit and miss... ever since they remodeled, we've been here twice and wow! What a change. Good job taco bell for upping the standards! This is how I expect it to be as a standard. Only suggestion would be to have the meat a bit warmer. The lettuce was crunchy, the taco was full and the tomatoes fresh, and the shell wasn't stale. Fast fast food! And the drink tasted how it should!
Drive thru was a bit slow but a good experience and food was made better then expected.
