Em's has at least a dozen tasty and unique flavors, right in the Park Hill neighborhood. They have a cheerful and tidy indoor space, and a patio with several picnic tables, just across the street from a pocket park for the kiddos. One of my neighbors had Em's ice cream truck at their son's birthday party and shared with the whole block--so lucky! The staff for that event and those in the shop on Fairfax added personable and friendly service to the delicious product --10 out of 10!

I go everywhere with my dog, and Em’s Ice Cream does not disappoint! Finding parking is a breeze at their flagship location, and they have a patio where my dog and I can enjoy their offerings. Not only is their ice cream made from scratch and certified organic, they usually have dog treats for your dog to enjoy! For humans, you have to try their Salted Caramel! If you’re not feeling the salty-sweet combo, they offer classic flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, and mint chocolate chip. For more adventurous palates, they have non-traditional flavors such as burnt brown sugar, black sesame, and honey lavender. Be prepared to sample flavors when you walk in, they have up to 16 flavors and cater to vegans as well (popsicles w/ fresh fruit and lemonade). Their menu doesn’t stop at ice cream by the scoop. They have rotating specials (an ice cream sandwich one day, or cake the next!), drinks, and milkshakes!
Lastly, while it is not the focal point of my visit, the service has always been friendly. I go here with my dog every chance we get!

I believe it's a little gem in this community. Highly recommended burned brown sugar ice cream, very creamy and flavorful and milkshake is tasty and not overly sweet.
Delicious, not your everyday, flavors of ice cream. Clean area to enjoy your ice cream - inside or outside. This is a must stop when in Denver.
Super cute ice cream shop with very friendly staff. Went here after my kiddos haircut across the street to round out a fun mother/son afternoon. The banana ice cream with sprinkles is delicious!

Oh my gosh! Em's was at the Cider Days in Lakewood this weekend and had a special Apple Pie flavor. THE BEST ICE CREAM EVER. When Andrew told me it was specially made for just the Cider Days, I died a little inside. I guess I will have to frequent Cider Days just for this gem. So good!
Love them!! A couple minutes ago the register wasn't working and I feel bad for not paying. I'm so lucky that the nice workers let me have my ice cream anyway because of the tech difficulties. My fav ic place!
