Saturday was my first time dining here. My girlfriend and I decided to meet for brunch after my business training.
The restaurant wasn't overly crowded and the noise volume was tolerable. The wait to get seated was reasonable.
Our dining choice was delicious. I ordered the chicken & waffles and was pleased to see that the chicken was actually chicken fillets and not a chicken breast with wing as,indicated on the menu. The fillets were well seasoned and the waffles were toasted just right.
My girlfriend ordered the crab benedict, which she enjoyed tremendously.
I will return to this location again. Oh, and kudos to the owner Rick, a very personable individual. He visited our table and made us feel welcome. Both owners Rick & Winifred worked with the customers in a server capacity. I thought that was a nice touch.
Stayed at an Airbnb nearby and really loved this place for a quick, great quality, no frills breakfast. Get the shrimp and grits if you're feeling adventurous at 9am. If not, get the Standard (eggs, home fries, sausage). Both options were great.
I had breakfast here a couple of times and intend to come back for sure because the food is that good. They are, however, always understaffed. You have to wait for things for a while, and expect your coffee mug to be empty most of the time. They get busy, which is great, but on a Sunday recently I waited with a friend close to 10 minutes just so someone can tell us how long the wait is and take our names down, before just giving up and leaving because no one did. Hire more people please!
I was looking for a breakfast place the other day, you know, making sure it was open during Covid, and with all the rules, etc and found Intersections. The place is modern, sleek and beautiful. And clean and spacious! Something of a big factor in these pandemic times. Service was top. My shrimp and grits were delicious. Grits were creamy, but not greasy. Shrimp were huge and cooked to perfection (as I have had enough overcooked shrimp in my life). The red sauce on the grits was also delicious and tasted very home made. The gentleman that greeted us and helped us was kind, and courteous. Will be coming back many times!
What a treasure! Great coffee! The cups & saucers seem to spark fresh conversation.
And it turns out they were even able to accomodate a quick order.
Everyone was sharp, cordial, warm, professional, and the food - delicious! We will return to that intersection soon.
Best breakfast spot in Central Park! Great food and a friendly family feel to the place. My 3 year old loves the pancakes and bacon and I'm a big fan of the shrimp and grits.
Food is very delicious. Staff is so friendly and attentive. I will definitely come back when visiting Denver.
This place is absolutely amazing. We came when it was recommended on a Facebook page and were sooo glad we tried it. I got the chicken and waffles, my husband got the crab cake benny and we shared the braised beef appetizer. All of the food was amazing but you HAVE to try the braised beef. The meat was so tender and the flavors were on point! I can’t wait to go again and try more of the menu 🤤
