I come to the review section to comment about how poorly I was received while getting my morning coffee; very rude & unwelcoming. I glanced at other reviews here and it looks like common, typical behavior from this 711. While poor behavior may be typical of this location, it certainly is not typical of all 711's.

Reading the reviews I'm almost glad they had a "store closed" sign at 1 am. Like if you're closed fine but don't say you're open 24 hours if you aren't

No napkins. Barely any cups. Hot food box was way past due. Cashier didn’t greet anybody. Dirty floor. Very little product to choose from. The only good thing was my total.

I just found a roach stuck to my ice cubes while i was filling my cup for a drink. I showed it to cashiers and they tried telling me it was from the cup. I specifically told them it was obviously stuck to the cube of ice and they disagreed and refused to throw out the rest of the ice from ice maker, therefore leading to other people to have to drink from these cubes. One of the cashiers told me I only work here. I'm absolutely mortified and cannot believe they would do nothing to sanitize the machine and put fresh cubes for future customers. So disgusting! Im really sorry neighbors!

ROACHES!!!!! I am ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this location. I stop in at 10:30 p.m., it's was empty other than the one cashier. I go to the slurpees, and there was a HUGE COCKROACH on the machine, and it ran inside of the machine!!! Obviously there's way more inside there, and obviously living off of the cooked food. Absolutely do not eat from this location! Definitely will be calling corporate!!!

Store charges you for items at the register without asking, ie little pies, says for you to take one, which I have no desire to have. Then argues that they charged you and refuse to refund it, even though it is clearly on the receipt. Deceitful and illegal practices.

I’ve always shopped at 7-11. I Like that’s its close to my house.
The older man who works there always talks down to customers, is extremely unprofessional and very rude to customers. Im a business owner and I would never allow that type of conduct anywhere near my business. My customers are very important to me.
