Love dive bars that just embrace what they are and Don’s puts on no airs. Fast friendly bartender, old-school booths and tables for a chill crowd, great wall decor, smoking section, and a busy pool table with friendly players of all skill levels.

This is my first time going to Don's Tavern on my way back from Alaska me and my boyfriend at the time stop there to have another drink cuz we liked it so much and unfortunately we didn't realize what time it was and they were doing last call but I cannot wait to go back I had such a good time with the people that I met there! Thank you for the awesome drinks and the great atmosphere and the great hospitality! You guys are awesome and they definitely take their job seriously because they have a security guy at the door checking IDs when needed just so there's no underage drinking! Which is always a good thing!
We were at Don's Club Tavern for a costume party fund raiser. The bar was very busy but the staff were friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of great bar games to play with friends, and it makes it easy to make new friends.
Excellent mixed cocktails and sports watching. Great local crowd and upbeat vibe. Gets rowdy late. Super fun spot. Dog friendly and day drinking appropriate. No food but plenty of places nearby you can bring in. This is frozen in time and hopefully stays that way. Love DMD.
Fun old school bar with a solid beer selection, shuffleboard, pool table ski ball and foosball.
Food is a vending machine with an eclectic selection, from cheez its to frozen White Castle sliders.

What a wild ride watching KC win the Super Bowl here. Flew in from out of town earlier this same day and someone said to go to Dons. Very Unexpected, but amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly
This place is the epitome of a dive bar. You have the regulars, the well used seats and bar area, smells of many years of drinking and late night memories washed away by strong drinks.
Local Dive bar I frequent a little too often LOL beer are cheap and cold. Always a good place for a KC game or for people watching.
Its a Denver institution. Whats not to like. Reasonable priced drinks, games, and music. I like looking around the place and just seeing the history. Its everywhere.
