The BlackJack on Quebec is probably the finest store in the Franchise. Order here and you’ll be met friendly understanding staff willing to actually serve the customer. I’ve had an issue at this store but if I did I am certain that it would be addressed quickly whether I was at fault or they were. But to be clear, I’ve never had an issue with this location.
First time getting pizza from here. It was actually really good. Ingredients were fresh and pizza crust wasn't bland. Good amount of cheese. Good price for the quality. It was ready pretty fast. Friendly worker. I'll definitely buy again.
I needed to come back and edit this review that I had at a 1 star. The place is under new ownership and it is absolutely great! The pizza is always fresh, the staff is always so nice and friendly, and the joint is overall a great experience now!
Best gluten-free pizza I’ve had (and it’s not even overpriced!) plus they have a drive up window for pick ups (they know anybody getting pizza is likely in their sweatpants and has no interest in walking in to the building)
Locally owned delicious pizza and salads. Their website can be a little weird to order on but the pizza is great. Tons of toppings for the price. Definitely recommended.
I had placed an order to pick up online. Blackjack pizza is usually great but this one time it wasn't that good. Not to mention I'd asked for no green olives anbñ
Ordered the “1LB Boneless Bite Wings” with a side of spicy and normal ranch dressing. Not sure if this was truly 1 pound, but I wasn’t disappointed. They were simple (as expected), but also had some nice flavor to it. The spicy ranch was a bit too spicy for me, but overall it was a good place to try.

EDIT: Went in today to speak with the manager and she was not there, however there was a really sweet women working at the counter (MY USUAL EXPERIENCE ) who was so empathetic with my situation and left a message for the manager to contact me back AND SHE DID 🙌🏽🥹. Randy was a pleasure to speak to! She not only empathized and apologized but she went above and beyond to fix the situation. Due to her quick response and respectfulness I will continue to be a loyal customer!! Thank you so much 😊
DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I am sad to even advise this seeing as I come to this black jack ALLLL the time. It is my favorite. Typically I am greeted by really sweet and patient people at this location. Tonight I decided to redeem a free pizza that I had earned on May 12,2023. I tried to go online and order as I always do and the code did not work. This is the second time that my code has not worked when trying to redeem my free reward. The first time I had the pleasure of calling in a speaking to a very nice women who was able to fix it on her end. So when doing so tonight a girl answered the phone and stated that she did not See a reward and that I would have to go back online. Anyone who is a frequent user of the app and rewards is familiar with the fact that when you earn a free pizza it automatically resets your points back to zero even before redeeming your reward so you can start earning point again! I immediately asked to speak with someone else since I was aware that was not the case. The manager named mike came to the phone and while re-explaining the situation to him he cut me off and asked for my phone number. I provided it to him and advised him I would come to the location to show him proof of my free pizza. He told me that I needed to show him the proof to be able to assist me. I drove down to the location and upon walking in there were 3 employees all standing at the front and NON of them acknowledged me for the first 2-3 minutes. The girl finally spoke up to say I will be right with you but before she could get it out. Mike cut her off and says “you the one that called” he was very rude with a disgusting attitude. His eyes were EXTREMELY yellow and he seemed intoxicated I then asked him if there was another manager besides him because he was very rude. He shrugged his shoulders and proceeded. I showed him the proof of my order after he insisted that was the only way I would be able to redeem my pizza and he then tells me that I could of already used the code and I’m just trying to get another free pizza . After going back and fourth with him he then reluctantly agrees to make my pizza I told him I did not feel comfortable with him making my pizza and I wanted someone else to make it for me because I am not the one.He then try’s to argue that I threatened him even though I did not! He tells me to leave and that he would not make my pizza. I ask for the corporate number to call and complain he refused to provide it to me. I then tried to talk to the other employees and she refused to help me either stating ,” he is my boss” I then told her I just needed corporate number and her name then I would leave he then says ,”she’s not allowed to talk to you and told her not to provide her name to me” I recorded the whole interaction and will be speaking to corporate about the disgusting customer service I received tonight!!!
We've come here for years, and though it's not our most favorite pizza, it's still pretty damn delicious, and there's always great deals when I order, so I'd give it Best Pizza for the Price.
I love that there is a drive-up window for pick-up and most times service is pretty fast. Today there was a new girl I hadn't seen before who was extra friendly, which is always a pleasure to experience with any business.
We love BlackJack Pizza. Always taste consistently good and fresh.
