My friends and I went here for a tasting. We had a reservation and got there at 11am on a Saturday. It was perfect timing. We beat the rush, got our pick of table. We received a welcome tasting and an amuse bouche of the watermelon gazpacho. Both were delicious. The dessert wines were my favorite, especially the cherry wine. The food was above my expectations, restaurant quality. We even got a tour from the wine maker's wife. It was fascinating to learn how they make all their wines naturally. Highly recommend.

Our wedding experience at Balistreri was nothing short of exceptional! Maddi's expertise and ease in capturing our vision made the planning process a breeze. The food was exquisite, impressing all 138 guests, and the well-arranged tables showcased thoughtful spacing. Our special day was a hit, and everyone had a blast – a testament to Balistreri's commitment to creating memorable and enjoyable events.

Stopped here to check out some local Colorado wines. The tasting menu is hefty with 20 wines to sample … you’re likely to find at least one that you might like. The landscaping is excellent and if you find a spot outside in the shade, it’s wonderful event on a hot day. I didn’t sample the cafe menu, but many did. I went solo so there didn’t seem to be the need for reservations but many had them.

This place is a hidden gem. The location was surprisingly serene. The wine tasting was so nice and the wines were delicious. We also had lunch and the food was amazing. The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend the vineyard for a daytime friends outing or even a day date.

We have been here several times for tastings and lunch and each time it is fabulous. I love that they don't add anything to the wine, in fact they really don't mess with it a whole lot at all. It is a small local winery with all of the bottling and everything done on sight. The tasting is very generous and the tour is worth your time to go see the rest of the facility. If you can have Kyle aka Nor Cal be your host for the tasting. He is very personable, funny and has a crazy amount of knowledge. Make reservations for the tasting and lunch as well because the food is great. Gorgeous spot for events especially weddings.

I had my wedding here in October 2022, and My husband and I were absolutely in love with this venue from the first photos we saw. The venue was beautiful, the staff was helpful throughout the entire process, and the food was delicious! We really liked the how versatile the space was. The inside and outside spaces were both gorgeous, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful the event was. The food was delicious, and there is a wide variety of menu options, all of which taste great. The staff was super helpful and very accommodating. The process of renting the space and holding the event was very easy and the staff have great ideas to help. My husband and I were in love with the Balistreri, and are glad the we chose to make these memories here.

This is my favorite winery I've ever been to. Their wine is amazing and they will let you sample them all without pressuring you to buy a bottle. I have to say, the pricing of the wine very closely follows the quality and I would always pay more for the perfect grapes they use on their finest. Their food is amazing. I'm very picky, but I love the mussels I've had especially. It's randomly in the middle of an industrial area, but you wouldn't know by the gorgeous inside event space and outdoor backyard space with a beautiful view of downtown Denver. There's even a cute gift shop. I think they host weddings here because it's such a beautiful space. The staff are always friendly. The first time I came, I happened to come during their annual special cherry pie offering. It is the best cherry pie I have ever had with real natural cherries. I don't think I can extoll this business any greater. This is a place to come back to again and again.

Our wedding was 10/15 here! My husband and I have always been a big fan of wineries and doing wine tasting date nights. This place was beautiful and one of the more service inclusive and budget friendly options we found. They also allowed us to buy our own alcohol and bring it which was a great money saver. They provided our food, bartender, some decor (mostly draping), chairs tables glassware dishes and linens, a bridal suite and venue day of coordinator to help with set up of chairs and venue owned items. Mattie and Katy were the event coordinators and were both super informative and helpful when I would call on a random week day with questions. I think we got a great deal compared to other places and we are happy with how everything turned out. There was one odd little thing with our meals. We had a plated dinner that worked out to about 50.00 per person. When we had some people cancel after final numbers I wanted to see if we would be able to take the food we paid for to go so that we could enjoy it as dinner the next day at our airbnb since we paid for it. While I was told its not something they usually do they did make an exception and box it up for us. I just really hated the idea of $200 worth of food going to waste so we took two meals and we gave my parents the other two who said they were delicious. From our tasting to the night of the dinner the food didn’t taste 100% the same but I saw they got a new chef and think that might have been what the difference as. It was still very good. They did amazing with our request to box up the left over cake for guests to take as favors. The surrounding areas are not very cute but they do there best to cover all of the construction like equipment around them.

We could not have picked a better wedding venue than Balistreri and they made our big day so easy! The fact that we didn’t have to stress about staffing, catering, rentals, etc was a huge weight off of our shoulders and we saved a lot of money by being able to bring in our own alcohol. The space is so beautiful, the food was INCREDIBLE (we had so many guests tell us it was some of the best food they’ve ever had), and all of the staff was for friendly and professional. Thank you Balistreri!
