Just Be Kitchen

We were looking for a gluten-free restaurant for brunch and thought we would give this place a try. We fell in love with it. They have all the dietary information on their menu, and there was a lot to choose from. We both settled on the Fulfilled breakfast burrito. It comes with the chili on top with optional pork in the chili. When the plate came out, we realized it was a lot bigger than we anticipated but it ended up being quite delicious. It costed a little more than we were looking to spend, but I feel like it was worth it. I loved the atmosphere and all of the quotes on the walls. I highly recommend it.

I love finding totally dedicated gluten-free, dairy free, soy free restaurants. It makes it easier to order because everything is an option. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had a gluten-free biscuit with homemade jam. Next, i had sweet potato hashbrowns, which are shredded just like potatoes were yummy. I even tried the homemade ketchup that wasn't bad, either. They also use no sugar it all natural ingredients homemade. I also couldn't resist the pancakes that were not your type shape but were so delicious and filling. I almost needed a wheel barrel to get out of there. Everything was so good. The hot chocolate was homemade, of course, with dark chocolate but on the bitter side. Sallia was cool enough to take a picture of this restaurant. She helped navigate the menu and maximize cost. They also have cool saying in the walls. Don't take my word for it. Go try it for yourself. Tell them I sent you. What I return? Absolutely Would I recommend it? Absolutely

We were walking a mile to the Ball Arena for the 50 Cent concert. And I seen a good refreshment advertised out front. We ordered the spiked lemonade both Blackberry and Strawberry. My fiance and I agreed to try the chicken dumpling. When I tell you we left refreshed it's an understatement. The people were super kind and friendly. Thanks 🙏.

Regardless of your dietary preferences, this place has something fresh, clean and absolutely delicious for you! Paleo, gluten free and vegan friendly. I absolutely loved the wonder bowl! Deliciously hummus-lined bowl puts you in control of every bite, and I of course cleaned the bowl. She got the Passion curry bowl, and you better believe I stole some bites like a ferengi in an unmanned cargo freighter. Rich and delicious, perfect balance of spice and sweetness. And the cauli wings?!?! My favorite part. Grab an extra side of buffalo sauce for dipping. These were hot, tender and roasted Tom perfection - no deep fry over heat! Just pure cauli goodness. The decor and whimsical words of wisdom peppering every surface add a distinct charm while you dine, both self-ordering kiosk and counter ordering are offered and the service was spectacular. Prices were affordable, portions very, very generous. Stop in when you can, you won’t be disappointed!

Super cute aesthetic and great food! I’m gluten free and dairy free so it’s sometimes difficult for me to find somewhere to eat. This place had a ton of options! They’re super clear about what’s in each dish and the woman that took my order double checked the type of seeds in the burger for me (I also can’t have sesame seeds). The cookie was excellent, as was the burger. Would definitely go again!

This place is incredible. From the ordering process to delivery I was so pleased. There was a ton of options for those with food sensitivities and I was really surprised to see all the menu items that were available. The atmosphere was refreshing and cute, just like the menu. This will definitely be a staple for me in Denver!

A hidden jewel and I feel lucky my friend introduced me to this lovely, uplifting informal restaurant. Food is delicious and made with fresh healthy ingredients. I loved the names of various foods. I had the “Crave!” A delicious burger on a Keto bun. I am posting the menu as well as the positive quotes decorating the Just Be!

It's hard to travel when you're gluten free. I discovered this Cafe online and am incredibly happy I found it. It was early yet so I was served right away. I was going to have eggs but I can have that any time. I chose The Sweetness, a baked almond flour pancake with strawberry basil compote. It was phenomenal. It was just nice being normal again for once. Thank you Just BE Kitchen.

To begin... This one year open restaurant is 100% corn, grain, soy, oil, bean and refined sugar free, and 99% dairy free. Sounds awful, right! It's quickly becoming one of my favorite spots to eat. Hands down, the breakfast burrito is the best in Denver! The tortilla is genuinely amazing. The Chicken sandwich on a biscuit is a go to favorite and today I'm having the grass fed burger w/ an egg added. Good Call! I was a bit hesitant to have a dessert fearing it would taste like its healthy but ordered the brownie trifle and was pleasantly surprised. In short I'm happy to have this little gem local and in our 'hood.
