Went tonight with my daughter. They were clearly short staffed, and the two guys working were doing a great job - clearly cared and were very pleasant. Fast and correct. Restaurant and bathroom were clean. Can’t really ask for more from a JJ.

Not sure why this store gets low ratings. However, it is MY favorite sub shop in the area. Sandwich is always delicious and THE SAME recipe everytime. Nothing tastes different or off. I noticed lately that’s how it’s been for others. Friendly staff!! I encourage everyone to give it another shot if you had a bad experience. Keep up the good work!

I put in a pick up order about once a week to coincide with my grocery shopping. Food is always ready or just about to be ready when I arrive, it's great to have a quick stop. Sometimes there is a mistake, but nothing serious.
