The pizza is amazing and I love the garlic knots! The only pizza place I like to eat at whenever I visit Denver.
I work right near here and always come in to get 2 “Grandma Slices” ! The sauce is absolutely amazing, lightly topped with cheese! I can honestly say this is the best piece of pizza I have ever had! I’ve ate more pizza than any average human being! Keep up the good work, and please never get rid of Grandmas Pizza!
Delicious pizza! So many options, and reasonably priced. I thought the meat pizza (thick one pictured) was underwhelming though. The flavors were kind of dull and just not great. Everything else was awesome though. Buffalo chicken slice was great and the chicken roll was also great.
Great atmosphere and a good location. Pizza was good but nothing special. Since it's by the slice it's all pre-made it's all reheated. It's good for a quick bite but don't expect much.
I’m not super experienced when it comes to the ‘late night slice’ but this was a great experience. Ended up here for other reasons but it was a good slice with lots of options. Try the Big Mac-in-a-pizza-slice, it was interesting!
While I had plenty of time to transfer buses at a nearby bus stop, I stumbled across this location of SliceWorks. SliceWorks is an awesome New York style pizza company with 4 locations around Denver, Castle Rock, and Thornton.
The staff were friendly, atmosphere is average for a pizza joint, plenty of seating, reasonable prices, and great food! The sausage pizza I got was delicious with a good lemonade I had as a drink. Overall, awesome pizza joint. I recommend trying SliceWorks.
The street wasn't bustling like the old LoDo days, but the neighborhood still has its charm.
On the pizza: this time, I decided to order a whole pie, and it was a game-changer compared to getting a slice. The crust had a fantastic texture, crispy enough to snap fresh out of the oven, transitioning to a perfect fold after a few minutes. And the high-gluten flour they use? It certainly makes a difference.
I opted for pepperoni, and the quality of the cheese was just top-notch. It's clear that they don't skimp on quality here. And while we're on the topic of quality, good pizza comes at a price, and this place offers decent value to dollar ratio.
There was a slight hiccup with the timing, but nothing that would keep me away. Just a heads up, though, they could do with a syrup refill on the Sprite machine and maybe stock up on some parmesan cheese.
When the pizza is good, these are just minor details. If you're in the mood for a pie that delivers on flavor and quality, this is your spot. Overall a decent pizza experience.
Love this place. Reminds me of my dads pizza place back in New Jersey. The manager is great. All the guys are great. They sometimes hook it up with free stuff. Bacon cheeseburger pie is the best thing on the menu IMO. penne vodka is dope too, good wings as well. Chicken roll is great too, I never see that on a menu other than in NJ. Good pizza is very rare in Colorado, but this place does it right.
This place was great! Priced very reasonably! The slices are huge. We got their pizza of the month that was pulled pork. We also got a garlic knot. Staff was very friendly.
Came here on Saturday night after a Rockies game. The line seemed long be we decided to try and wait. Line went so fast, the staff were so friendly even though I’m sure they were completely exhausted and the pizza was great. Fun selection. My first time in Denver so glad we walked a bit from the field and found this place.
A good place for a pizza slice, many options to choose your favorite and a very reasonable cost. Besides the location is very accesible if you're just visiting the town for a day as ks near to the train station. The tomato and pesto was our favorite, oh and the size is just perfect if you're hungry, big portions indeed.
Great, fresh tasting pizza that's not overly greasy and doesn't leave you feeling gross after. Good service and fair prices.
